Bluebird Public House is an American restaurant that specializes in breakfast, brunch and seafood. The inside of the restaurant is painted a cool blue hue, which adds to the cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The walls are decorated with locally acquired art and the wait still is locally famous for their helpful attitude and charm. Bluebird is best known for its breakfast and brunch specialties. Some of these signature dishes include fried chicken and waffles, breakfast tacos, eggs benedict and a breakfast scramble that features eggs, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, onions and cheese. There are excellent lunch choices as well, such as the spicy fried chicken sandwich and grilled and marinated salmon.

I loved the aesthetic at Bluebird Dining Hall! It's very hip with the design touches and I love the fact that they only serve local and organic food! Got the eggs Benedict and my boyfriend got the chicken and waffles- both were very good. Will be back again!

Have been here several times now. Each time has been excellent. The best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The special this time was a seared steelhead on a bed of carrot/potato purée along with greens and bacon. It was great. One suggestion would be to have a choice of options for their special of the night. With just one special that may or may not be what you want it limits your choice a little.

We really enjoyed the dinner here and said we have found our new go to restaurant. Today (7/1) they announced they will be closing for the month of July and reopening with a new look and a new name. I hope it doesn't change too much.

We've been to Bluebird three times. Each time gets better and better. The menu is varied enough to cover most people's needs in an inviting and entertaining way. The food is excellent and service is spot on.

I had the fish special it was tasty, my boyfriend had the pork chop also good. The rose sparkling wine we ordered was good as well.

The menu had just the right amount of choices to feel you could get about any type of dish you wanted. Service was very good and friendly. The only knock on the place is that with all of the hard surfaces of wall and floor space, it gets a little loud.
