    Hubby and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary last night. It was our first at Blue Water and won't be the last. Jessa was on point with presenting the special of the day, and it didn't disappoint. The mocktails I had were so refreshing! Definitely add them to the gift card list, so others experience Blue Water.

    The waiter tried hard to be attentive. Our first impression upon being seated was the energetic noise level and not very soothing. Things felt hectic, not relaxing. The options for gluten free were suprsingly limited when compared against other area restaurants. For example, no rice crackers or cauliflower flatbread. No tamari sauce for the tuna appetizer. Seems like small things, but not representative of area restaurants of similar status. The sirloin was very well cooked and the mushrooms were fantastic. However, the scallops were a bit overcooked and served with a grit/pea combination that was pureed and it didn't look very pleasing to the eye. For this level of pricing, the options are limited and the quality is not on par with other similar restaurants in the area.
