I honestly had a great experience! The food was amazing—this might just be my new favorite sushi spot in Arizona. They had an insane amount of vegan options, easily the most I’ve ever seen at a sushi restaurant, which was such a pleasant surprise. The staff was incredibly kind from the moment we walked in, and they handled a situation at our table with so much grace and understanding. Everyone we interacted with was warm and attentive. It also seems like a genuinely great place to work, which says a lot about the environment. Can’t wait to come back!

The best thing about this place is the service. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The rolls all tasted the same to me, they were good just nothing special. They do have a great happy hour though

It started in the wrong foot when our reservation was given to someone else. Instead of apologizing for the mishap they quickly just sat us somewhere else where it seemed a bit more crowded. Our server was great! Although it did take awhile for us to receive our food. But it was worth the wait

Great experience at Blue Sushi. Went for a girls night before a show at Gammage for the first time. Happy hour menu was robust, the vegan menu was really extensive which was amazing to see, service was attentive and positive, and the most important thing was that the rolls were fresh and tasty. The salmon skin roll was my favorite. I think I’ve found my new sushi spot for the Tempe area!

Unfortunately, we will not be back for a long time. Waitress walked away mid order, and forgot about our drinks at beginning of service. Did not get drinks until after first appetizer was already served. Did not appreciate the hovering over us when we paid and were adding the tip.
