Great experience at Blue Sushi. Went for a girls night before a show at Gammage for the first time. Happy hour menu was robust, the vegan menu was really extensive which was amazing to see, service was attentive and positive, and the most important thing was that the rolls were fresh and tasty. The salmon skin roll was my favorite. I think I’ve found my new sushi spot for the Tempe area!

Unfortunately, we will not be back for a long time. Waitress walked away mid order, and forgot about our drinks at beginning of service. Did not get drinks until after first appetizer was already served. Did not appreciate the hovering over us when we paid and were adding the tip.

What an amazing dining experience. Our server was fantastic and very well versed in the menu. I wish we remembered his name, but I guess that just means we will have to visit again soon!

JT was wonderful and courteous the whole evening. Jamie said a nice hello during the dining experience as well. I am are here very often and I'm never dissapointed. Thank you Blue Sushi!

Went to celebrate our coworkers birthday and had a lovely experience. She got a personalized birthday note from the restaurant and birthday greetings from the staff, which made the dining experience even more memorable. The Happy Hour offered great deals and a variety of drink and food options. I ordered a Raspberry Spritz, cucumber salad, and the Lion King roll and paid about $20 with taxes (not including tip). Looking forward to coming here again!

Everything went great with our reservation and the food was really good too. Just feel like there may be a little bit short staffed for a graduation and a birthday party night otherwise perfect.
