The best service. Every worker was on top of clearing off anything we were finished with on our table. Water was always filled and we were asked the perfect amount of times if we needed anything else. This is my favorite restaurant. Growing up with 4 blue sushi’s in my state, I’m proud to see it thriving in other states like CO! Amazing service!

Great food good server just a little chaos and the menu isn’t very clear to understand, like other sushi bars … this one you gotta take ur own notes …. But servers are running around like chickens with there heads cut off… either way no Real complaints it was a fun!

Blue Sushi was such a lovely spot. I took my partner there for his birthday lunch, it was so chill, the server (Ali I believe) was so friendly and helpful, she was a real joy and made the whole experience more fun and enjoyable. The maki rolls were delicious, and our server gave us amazing recommendations and things to try which was so great!! Very happy with the food and atmosphere, will definitely be recommending Blue Sushi to my friends and go again when I visit the US again. Thank you (:

The sushi rolls were excellent and the staff was very good. Drinks were delivered quickly. The orders were accurate. It wasn't cheap but no good sushi restaurant is. I will surely be back again.

I am vegan l, and the food was amazing! Best vegan sushi everrrr. However I have a cashew allergy, which means the server has to bring out the food herself. She forgot about it and we were waiting for almost an hour for our food. She had a lack of urgency, but was kind. Great food though :)

Those Cherry Bombs are one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I wish they weren’t so expensive, but they are the main reason we go.

Great food, excellent service! Love the variety. It was our nephew's first time eating sushi and our server made it a special dinner for him. The cucumber water is such a simple but great touch.

My second time at this place, wonderful ambiance and the most amazing vegetarian options for sushi. Since becoming vegetarian this was one of the foods I truly missed. A client suggested Blue sushi as they have plant base salmon, tuna and other options. Truly they have outdone their vegetarian menu and the taste is simply exquisite. We went Saturday night having reservations, which is recommended and this time our main course took about an hour to get to our table. The manager brought our food, apologizing for the delay and explained they were a chef short. She gracefully offered dessert on the house. I absolutely recommend this place.

The service was excellent. I'm gluten free and the server helped me figure out what I could eat, and was careful that the dish was prepared properly in the kitchen. We got the California Roll and the asparagus/salmon/cream cheese sushi and both were excellent.

Came here for my birthday with my wife. Was eager to try the large sushi options. Had a reservation at 7:00 didn’t get seated till 7:30pm. Took 40 minutes to get our 3 sushi rolls and each a drink. The sushi rolls were tasty but kind of ruined the mood for celebrating a birthday with the waiting along with the less than boozy drinks from there cocktail menu. Each had a raspberry mojito and it tasted more like a sparkling seltzer but a white claw had more booze than this. Would have ordered more food but the wait and experience was just not worth it. After we got our food and ate quickly we waited another 15 minutes to get our bill and paid for. Overall it took 90 minutes to have 3 cocktails and 3 sushi rolls for $115 with tip plus 30 minute wait for reservations. Can’t say I have a reason to come back.

They have an amazing selection of vegan options including appetizers and maki. We had the vegan tuna tower, Up in Smoke, Crunchy Cabbage roll, Vegan Hot Night and Vegan Black Dragon roll. Neither of us could pick a favourite, they were all delicious 😋

There are ~30 vegan roll options! They are not just simple rolls like avocado and peanut, vegetarians and vegans can truly enjoy! The food takes a little time to prepare but it is worth it! Staff are quick, continously checking in, and courteous.

Our server, Kat, was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating my boyfriend winning an award so it was a special night. The kitchen was a little backed up so our food was taking longer than usual, Kat let us know that there could be a bit more of a wait and offered to get us an appetizer while we waited on our sushi! While we didn’t mind the wait, we were both starving so her thoughtfulness and this level of service was greatly appreciated!

The good was great. However, I found the menu to be a bit confusing. The servers were friendly, but I think they may have been a bit understaffed for a Valentine's Day. Overall, we have a nice experience.
