Blue Sushi Sake Grill has excellent quality of food and service! The decor of the restaurant is gorgeous and feels like we were transported to another place. The drinks were beautifully aesthetic, well-balanced, and delicious, with many to choose from. The quality of sushi was great. I would highly recommend the Crispy Brussels as a starter. Our favorite rolls so far are the Godzilla Bomb, Green eggs & Hama, and the Amazon Roll (which is very unique and tasty - never had anything like it, but easily our fave of the night). We will most definitely be revisiting this place!

May just be the best sushi in the city! The crab soup was great as well. The miso soup has good flavor, but was a little salty. The mixed drinks were very tasty and we enjoyed our waitress very much. The menu is large and overwhelming, but she talked us through it and made great recommendations!

Loved the ambiance. Server was kind and knowledgeable. Had to wait a little bit to order, but the menu was so large it wasn’t a problem. Food arrived promptly after order was placed. And everything we had was flavorful and fresh.

Wow! Second visit and planning a quick return. The sushi is fresh, unique and presented beautifully. Great drinks, excellent service and absolutely delicious food choices. Step into another part of the world with stimulating decor and music. We had a delightful evening and rate 10/10!

We were seated at the first booth. I wouldn’t recommend this booth. You got the noise from the area where people are waiting for their tables. Cold air comes in whenever the door is open. The food was incredible. This was our second time at this location and I would definitely recommend it for really good sushi. When coming back, we will definitely ask to be seated further from the front doors.

The food was very very good. Interesting and tasty rolls. Our server was attentive…however - the service was VERY slow. An hour and a half wait for a table. Dinner took 2.5 hours after that. I don't think it was the server’s fault. We could tell he felt bad for the slow service. He said they were backed up at the sushi bar. The bar was also very backed up. They definitely have some kinks to work out - but I am rooting for this place because the food is good!

The food was absolutely delicious! The decor is colorful, contemporary, and very eye catching. All of the fish was fresh, and our server was amazing! It was a bit noisy, but we made it work. We had a 10/10 experience overall.

We visited for the first time while celebrating my son’s birthday. The service and food were excellent and we’ll definitely be back! I recommend making a reservation- the line was pretty long when we left.

Loved the ambiance and energy. The drinks from the bar took far too long, over 15-20 minutes even for a beer. They were delicious but unfortunately the wait time overshadowed the quality of the drinks. Our server was super sweet but not very attentive. The food came out super quick and was just average tasting. Hope that they can improve upon the quality of the sushi and the wait time for drinks. It’s not enjoyable to have food without drinks.

Whereas I understand the concept of sustainability for a sushi restaurant, that should not include portion size. While the choices we made tasted good (some a bit spicy), the portions were ridiculously small. I prefer to leave a restaurant not feeling "hungry".

Server August truly made our night special. She & the other wait staff were very attentive & filled our sake glasses & water glasses multiple times throughout the night. August walked us through the menu, the sustainability statement, & her recommendations. Which we followed. The food was delicious. The Godzilla roll was great for those that like spice, & the shitake, sweet potato roll was a lovely veggie option. My partner is on the road a lot, & it is hard for us to have date night. That night was perfect. I will be going back, & I have been telling everyone how much we enjoyed it.

Second time to go in two weeks. The rolls are delicious. The thriller and tidal wave rolls are a favorite. Ask for Dexter to be your server. He is fantastic!

It’s the 3rd time I’ve been to the restaurant in the last month. Every time I go there is something on the menu that is sold out by dinner time. First time was the Brussels sprouts, second time was the crab soup, third time was the chocolate spring rolls and the Michelob ultra beer. They need to get a handle on this because I’ve never had that happen as often as it has at this restaurant any where else.

Our server, I believe she was called Abbey. She was amazing! She connected with us and made our first visit magnificent! We told her what we liked and she was so informative and helpful. The food was delightful and the atmosphere was lovely. But having the server we did truly made our experience spectacular!

We went for a belated Valentines and we LOVE sushi. We have high standards. The drinks and appetizers we excellent. The sushi was ho hum. 3 different rolls tasted practically the same and it was far from the outstanding reviews I was expecting. And to boot we waited for well over an hour for the sushi to be served. So it should have been worth the wait. I will continue to eat at Sushi Village which has much better rolls, ambiance, and I’ve never waited like that even at their busiest.

Wow! We had a wonderful lunch at this very cool restaurant. Beautiful decor, comfortable booths, diverse menu and top notch service. The food was amazing. Looking forward to returning soon.
