Blue Ridge Grill Ratings and Reviews
Everything was perfect from start to finish! The food, ambience and service were outstanding! Dean was our waiter.
We chose Blue Ridge for my best friend and My birthday dinner.
My fiancé said it was the most perfect steak in every way! (He had the 8 oz filet). I had the scallops, my friend had the salmon and our other friend had the scallops as well. The chocolate lava cake is the best dessert! My fav. We will be returning sooner than later for sure!!
Mislead by waiter, salad with filet strips as I requested, $48.00 a very expensive salad at lunch time. They said salad was $14.00 and they charged a entree piece of filet instead strips. Called later and the manager said the charge was correct... but he would refund me $ 22.00. But he said this is how they charge.... most expensive salad at lunch time!!!
This was my 2nd business meeting lunch at Blue Ridge in the last 90 days. I thought the first time was exceptional but was there with one of their regular patrons so I thought perhaps we were getting the VIP treatment. We tried it again with some new clients and the lunch and service was fantastic. Great place to meet, discuss, and enjoy!
Construction on the parking deck should be completed in the next week or so. Until then, parking is a nightmare, with the valet overflowing. Once in the door, we completely forgot our troubles. The food is excellent and the wait staff is professional, pleasant, attentive and accommodating. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience!
Food was O.K. A little too traditional and bland for my palate (I think I emptied half the pepper grinder on my meal). Excellent service. We went for my wife’s birthday (also because there was a discount they were offering via Amex). They decorated the table, had custom menus and gave her a free desert for the celebration. Most of the other guests seemed to be in business attire and in groups, so this is probably more of a business meal place where you bring your customers to impress them - not so much a date night place.
Blue Ridge Grill is just great. One of the best restaurants in Atlanta. I try to go there every time I am in Atlanta for lunch or dinner. Prices are slightly on the higher end but the food quality and the excellence service are worth the price. You just know when you enter the front of the house that this will be something special. The open kitchen adds to the atmosphere and helps create a great dinning experience. If it was my last meal on planet earth this is the place I would want to
As always, our dining experience was great at BRG. We were celebrating my wife's birthday. They set the table with birthday confetti, and the staff wished her a happy birthday (but thankfully no singing waiters, or silly stuff). She loves the tone they use for special occasions (understated but sincere). Food was wonderful, as always. Prices are not cheap, but the atmosphere and food are worth it.
The ore-bar stop was nice. It has a homey - Christmas like feeling in the cocktail/waiting area
Dinner was a “10” again. Loved the taste/flavor of the FA Trout; great sides and overall consistent Of the BRG
The only negatives were - we seemed to be pushed through the dinner vs being able to “relax” by the staff - - and as it the holidays - the table of 10 across from us eventually drowned out our conversations. Noise this Time was not what we had hoped for.
Still an overall “5”
We went with another couple expecting the service noted in all of the reviews. I had to signal for our waiter on three different occasions. It almost seemed like we were a bother to him, as he spent most of his time floating between the three other tables nearby, of which 2 were only couples. The food was okay, but not worth the price. I was shocked to find out that for such a nice restaurant they would have farm raised salmon. I was also a bit turned off by the wine list handed to us on an ipad. I understand this is how it is presented in other higher end restaurants, but the way it is laid out is difficult to follow. It would be nice to have all reds or whites listed on their own page with all available options (glass, half, full). The décor is nice, and it was not loud, so we were able to have a great conversation.
Thank you to the BRG for making our 10th anniversary memorable. Upon our arrival we were seated in comfortable, yet cozy booth - where the restaurant had taken time to put our confeti and Hershey's kisses!
Our server, Rog was amazing - she was so knowledgeable, attentive, and even willing to take our picture! I will be recommending this restaurant to my family and friend!
