High quality food and presentation. The sashimi dishes are off the charts. Can get expensive if you are hungry but for special occasions well worth it.

Delicious sushi! We ate outside in a small courtyard. They provided paper menus. They also had a different take on dragon rolls with eel inside instead of the usual shrimp tempura.

Blue Ribbon Sushi was a fabulous choice for celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary, especially in the Covid-19 socially distanced new world. The sushi was scrumptious, the service was prompt and safe, and the outside patio atmosphere was super comfortable. I rarely if ever take pics of my food but that night was an exception. The presentation was amazing and tasted even better than it looked. Extremely happy with our experience overall. Definitely deserves a blue ribbon!

We discovered Blue Ribbon Sushi when we were driving around looking for safe outdoor dining places locally. We have since been here several times and each time we have gained additional appreciation for this restaurant. No, this is not the Urasawa or n/naka type of sushi restaurant. This is the type of sushi restaurant where you can laugh, be loud, and eat sushi the way you want to eat sushi without worrying about the chef scolding you. The fish here is always very fresh. They also have other fun non-sushi items, such as very good & juicy fried chicken. The outdoor ambiance is also awesome. Eating sushi under the stars (and with good safe distancing) is so much fun. This is our new happy place!

Visited during the pandemic. They have plenty of outdoor seating and had us seated right away for our reservation. Servers wear masks and are helpful with the menu. Would come back again in the future!

Great service and great food. I had a combination plate with sushi, sashimi and roll plus crispy rice sushi roll and all was excellent including wonderful presentation. I am coming back soon.

We live nearby and have come here several times. Sad to see the chicken removed from the menu as an entree FWIW. The service was incredibly poor - slow, disjointed. Our guests didn't get their sushi until my wife and i finished our meals. I had the steak which was served cold/room temp by a manager (perhaps it had been sitting up there waiting for a our bad server to pick it up but never did?) We really want this to work but it has to step up the service game, covid or not. it was totally packed and busy so slow business isn't a good excuse.

We have been a few times now during Covid and the service and food has been wonderful. The outdoor patio feels very safe. Would highly recommend for your sushi fix!

High quality sushi in an idyllic setting in the Palisades Village. We enjoyed a nice lunch during Covid. Tables were fairly well spread out and service was adequate.

Food is fabulous. Service is fabulous. There are way to many screaming and unmanaged kids. There is nothing wrong with your staff tactfully suggesting the parents control the children; we want a nice evening out without untrained parents letting the kids run wild. Please don't let your wonderful restaurant turn into another Pearl Dragon.

Always amazing food and service!!!!

The fish was certainly not exceptional for the price which was over double what most Brentwood sushi restaurants and quality was not comparable. I ordered bean sprout salad that was so spicy that I couldn't eat it and I was generally disappointed as I have had better meals there when they 1st opened. This was just average and not one item was a WOW. Not bad, just not anything to rave about or pay that price for

Food is good. Ambience great but don’t send your sweet, well mannered, respectful teenage boys in for dinner on their own. They will be disrespected and ignored by the wait staff. Shameful, They ate very little and were never asked if they wanted to order more. My son finally tracked someone down for the bill and still left a 20% tip. Very shameful

Very disappointed in the quality of food for the cost. I left hungry and wished I had gone to the long time competition in town. Nothing special here.

Decent food but the prices are too expensive for the amount of food you get. They need to offer specials to lower the cost of the sushi and sashimi.

Excellent food and selection. Grandchildren love it and that is the ultimate test.
