I have try sushi from many places before even in Japan so I can tell the quality of fish is not the same value with the price. It’s small portions but the price so expensive.

Honestly we didn’t enjoy the place. We thought that since is an Asian place and they have a sushi bar we will enjoy the ambiance as well. When we get there it was regueton music super loud and later the music was louder. Food was mediocre for the price. We check the restaurant instagram before arriving and nothing to do with the food they provide. Definitely I’m not coming back.
We had a perfect evening. Out, together, with family. The food, service, and ambiance were exceptional. Thank you for making our evening so memorable. We can’t wait to return!!!

My guests did not have sushi and enjoyed their meals. One had a lamb dish. They had spare ribs and wagu dumplings. We thought the fried rice was very good. The sushi was ok but not great. The tables were too close together for social distancing.
The hostess was incredibly rude. That’s the only thing I think they need to change and update. This lady did not care we had a reservation and we tried calling multiple times to let them know we were late since there was a storm and flooding issues. Because of her we sat at the bar and had a lovely evening where the other staff was more amicable than her.
Food was amazing as always.
Great food but very noisy
Server lost the ticket and had to come back and confirm half our order. Then came back a second time to confirm. Part of the order was still incorrect. 2+ hour meal from it.
The food and sushi were very good, but they’re not prepared to handle any real volume right now.
Great experience!!! I’ve been to the one in NYC and this one was just as good. The drinks were made to perfection and the nigiri was so fresh. Loved the little hotel it was in too. Overall, great experience and would definitely go again soon!

We had incredible service, and the quality of the food was superb! Wilmer was the best server. Highly recommend! Ps sit outside, the vibe is perfect for a fun date night!

This will be a 100% split review regarding food vs. service. First of all, the food was fantastic. Waygu gyoza, scallop special app, and every piece of sushi/sashimi were perfection. Not a bad bite was had by anyone at the table.
However, the service was horrid. Waiter seemed confused and disinterested from the start. Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks and more than that between finishing each drink and being asked if we'd like another. He forgot to enter at least a third of our order and had to place those orders after we had already finished everything else, causing the meal to be extended another 45 minutes. Then, after we had already finished everything, he took over 30 minutes to bring us our check as we watched him chat with other waiters and disappear from the room multiple times. From being seated to signing the check took over THREE HOURS, which (to add insult to injury) meant our parking time had expired and I now can add a $162 parking ticket to the expense of my meal.
As always, the fish was top notch, as fresh as can be, with excellent variety. But the wait staff needs to be instructed on proper mask position. Since covid happily resides in the nasal passages, the mask is not protective to the wearer or the unmasked diners if it's worn below the nose. When folks do this, it's not ignorance but thumbing one's nose (literally)at compliance with authority -surely an immature (and dangerous) gesture.
The server was kind of rude and not attentive
The restaurant was empty yet we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. We've been eating there for a long time and found the food not the same. No quality or pride.
Spectacular as always! Hirame Usuzukiri and sushi deluxe platter from the sushi bar were very fresh and elegant. Roasted mushroom and white asparagus special from the hot kitchen was incredible. Fig bread pudding for dessert- YUM! Our server Tojo provided amazing service and hospitality while cocktails from bartender Michael were creative and delicious. We missed the awesome managers Mizuki and Tyler this visit, but the manager on duty during our visit was just as friendly and professional. Can’t forget their host, Rachel, who is always very sweet and genuine both on the phone and in person. Keep it up Blue Ribbon!

Todo es perfecto menos la anfitriona que se tomo 40 minutos en darnos la mesa reservada para las 9pm y en ningún momento fue cortes ni amable. Nos quedamos porque el servicio del restaurante es espectacular y la comida riquísima. Deberían considerar educar a la Metre ya que es quiet debe recibir con calidez y educación a la gente que reserva su mesa.
Excellent meal. edamame, shishito peppers, miso soup to start. Chutoro(medium fatty tuna) was so delicious and I barely find it at any sushi places these days. Fried chicken was dusted with a perfectly balanced spicy red powder.
Rounded everything out with a delicate and light Tokubetsu Junmai bottle of cold sake.
Would recommend Blue Ribbon any times!

Delicious food and great hospitality! Hostess was nice and our server was absolutely amazing! 5 star rating for sure! She was very attentive and friendly and has great customer service skills as well. It was overall an excellent experience and will definitely dine here again!
