Covid type deal. Service was pretty good, short ribs gross. Rice dish bad, even the wings and sushi were bad. Been here before, was never like this. Would not return.

Excellent location and adherence to Covid protocols. Amazing food quality, however very small portion size. Service was very good, a little much on the upsell but very professional and timely. Only downside is the value proposition...$76 for two miso soups, edamame, a crispy roll, an avocado roll and a vegan roll. Again, small portion size for the vegan rolls was disappointing. Great spot for a special occasion but not on the “go to” list.

Our server was Mario and he was great! The heated fixtures were a perfect touch to feeling cozy outside while enjoying our meal. The staff overall was wonderful. The bartender is very pleasant to talk to if you sit at the bar and the Brussel sprouts and Chinese sausage they added to the happy hour menu was fantastic. The Blue Ribbon chicken wings are a must try! Cheers 🍻

Rice is the only redeeming food item everything else is either overcooked (fried chicken) or done poorly a certain amount of char is expected (kalbi) especially when you charge a premium and call them your speciality. Also don’t seat a loud family in the middle of your restaurant unless you are expecting to upset everyone, keep them either in the front or in the back.

Always a delight! Staff always welcoming and friendly. Food and happy hour is always on point.
The sashimi deluxe was amazing. The oxtail fried rice, teriyaki chicken, fried chicken appetizer, edamame, prawn skewers and mochi ice cream dessert. They were kind enough to even add candle for our birthday celebrant.

Special mention to the Mgr Sheila, she’s the best and a pleasure to deal with time and again.

This is one of our fav sushi places in town, it's been great every time we have gone. The food is amazing, we haven't found anything we don't love there yet. It's a small place so definitely make a reservation. The service is always good and it's a pretty quiet place.

Outstanding food and service. Management and bar team is excellent. Definitely the best sushi off the strip and maybe the best period. Just haven’t tried on the strip.

Excellent end to end experience! Great food supported by excellent service approach (multiple server / food runner). Really enjoyed the wagyu steak entre, sushi, and drink options. Cute little spot with very nice booths / tables for a private dinner with friends or just spouse. Will be back!

We had a beautiful celebratory dinner at Blue Ribbon Sushi after we got engaged! The team was so warm and welcoming and helped us navigate the menu and make sure we were getting the best they had to offer.

We particularly loved the pu pu platter and would love to go back and have it again right now. The pork belly was unforgettably good. The short ribs were amazing --- it was such a nice way to sample a lot of items on the menu that we would have ordered separately (and been too full to eat) without Mark's help.

You can't go to a Blue Ribbon location without enjoying their fried chicken, and the wings here are no exception. The sushi was also delicious and so fresh and bright.

We sat in a booth near the back of the restaurant just short of the patio. It felt private and quiet even though people were consistently passing through. I don't know that our sound rating would be accurate in non-COVID times, given the restaurant was at limited capacity.

We are so grateful to Mark (floor manager) who made this special night even more special and memorable!

Food is always great and pricing for high cost items are reasonable. The server or manager who took care of us at the sushi bar should be commended. Amazing service, builds a great rapport, and even sent a nice extra treat out for us since she saw I love tuna. Nice job! And that’s coming from a former Director of F&B.

Best sushi in west Las Vegas and one of the best anywhere. Fantastic, friendly service always. The kitchen does a great job as well. Suggest Oxtail fried rice.

I’m not a fan of negative reviews. Unfortunately, if your restaurant is called Blue Ribbon Sushi, that comes with certain high expectations. Most important of these is the sushi should be top notch. Mind blowing, even! Frankly, I can get better sushi at my grocery store. The fried chicken was under seasoned. The Kalbi was okay. The service was above average. The server was friendly. Atmosphere was great - we sat on the patio.
In the final analysis, there are MUCH better places to have sushi, fried chicken, and kalbi for much more reasonable prices. As a local, this is a one time visit. Wouldn’t eat here again.

Blue Ribbon never fails to meet and exceed my expectations! Had some friends come from out of the country. They said the sushi tastes better than some they had in Japan. That’s when you know. Our server took such great care of us and was so consistent. Jorge is such a great manager and really cares for his staff and guests. Always going to be coming back here!!!

The decor is very zen, so it's a great experience just walking in the door. Then the food and service are amazing. Be sure to get the famous fried chicken, unlike anything you've ever eaten.

Staying at the Red Rock Casino and Spa, and went to Blue Ribbon Sushi. Had a Rainbow Roll, tempura roll and the fried chicken. All delicious. Wasn't ready for how peppery the chicken was. Extremely tasty but spicy hot. Washed down with a glass of chardonnay and a beer, wonderful food.

The staff, the waitress, sushi chef and someone possibly the manager were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend. Pricey but every restaurant in a hotel is.
