Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak combines traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern day steakhouse. Our menu is varied and extensive, and includes sushi and sashimi, as well as cooked entrees such as fish, lamb, steaks and chops. We feature Domestic and Japanese Wagyu. Blue Ribbon Sushi & Steak is located in midtown Manhattan, at the PENN 1 Building, across 33rd Street from Madison Square Garden and atop Penn Station. The restaurant is accessible from 33rd street, and from the newly renovated Penn Station and 34th Street via the lobby of PENN 1. We offer various seating areas - a sushi counter, a cocktail bar, the central dining room, and an outdoor patio (weather permitting).

Great food, great service. They went above and beyond. Loved it and totally recommend it. I had the bone marrow for appetizer and the Australian skirt for entree. Both great!!

Service was very slow and the server blamed the crowd and said the kitchen is very busy. We had an hour for lunch and our food came out with 5 minutes left.

My first time but won’t be my last. From the greeting to the dessert all was perfection. Try the bone marrow appetizer. Can’t even describe it fully but it is beyond delicious. The sushi is the freshest I’ve ever had. Just a wonderful place to dine. Can’t wait to go back.
