Love the ambiance and the aesthetic of the restaurant! Our server Anna was very good and friendly
Our waiter, Angelo, was amazing! The drinks were creative and the food was awesome. I had the Branzino. Tucked away upstairs at The Cosmopolitan, it was a great find!
It was cool ...not NYC but it was good
Excellent service and the salmon was delicious!
Good overall, solid meal. Nothing wow, but nothing disappointing either
Great dining experience. Went in not feeling very hungry but left having eaten everything served. Great service as well!!
Great service excellent food great design beautiful room
Wonderful experience for our group of 7 for a business celebration! All of us ordered something different, and everyone loved what they ordered—several mentioned how balanced their dishes were. The menu has a great selection without being over-the-top. Portions were plentiful, but reasonable. Dessert was amazing—best creme brûlée ever! We also loved the peach cocktail. On top of all that, the service was stellar and the sound level was perfect for conversation!
The food was incredible! Service was on point and the vibe was chill.
Great food and great service!
Ordered a seafood platter and it was a true disappointment. Everything was in small portions and certain items were substituted out because they were out, without informing us beforehand.
We were very pleased with total experience- food, service, ambience - and we would go back again. Total bill was very expensive but what do you expect in Vegas? Btw - do not order a “mixed” drink at Clique in Cosmopolitan Hotel - I love a good cosmopolitan but what I received was a thimble of fruit juice without vodka- our bill for that, watered down vodka tonic and edamame came to $45! Total crime.
I actually dined here Friday and Saturday night and enjoyed the Friday night service by the bar. The service in the back area of the restaurant was a tad disjointed and I regret selecting the booth in exchange for proximity to the bar. The food was amazing but the timing was off.
Julian, our waiter, started off by almost arguing with me. I asked about an item on their chalkboard, New Orleans shrimp. It wasn't on the menu. He then states," Everything is there(on the menu). We're not trying to hide anything from you." (What's up with this, kid?) He points out a spot on the menu but it did not say New Orleans Shrimp. It showed another kind of shrimp. I was about to argue but didn't. Then we order an appetizer, salt pepper shrimp and he proceeds to thoroughly explain to us how to eat shrimp. I don't recall ever asking anyone on how to eat shrimp. Next, I order my steak. Before I finish getting the side order out of my mouth, he proceeds to tell me about "a la carte". I know what "a la carte" is and last I checked, I don't recall asking for any help with that either. This kid treated us like we've never been in a restaurant before. Final straw was this bad spicy habanero carrot sauce that he "knew" my wife would love on her chicken. (News flash, she didn't love it) Luckily, other wait staff were great and the food was very good, though a bit expensive for what you get. If it wasn't for this uppity kid, the experience would have been better.
The food was incredible and our waiter Steven is one of the best I have ever experienced. We try to eat here every month because the food and service are impeccable.
The cheese fondue was outstanding and very filling on its own. We ordered the onion soup and the wedge salad after and were a little underwhelmed with those items. They were nothing special considering the price and I wouldn’t order again. The wedge salad in particular was basic and reminded me of something I could have gotten at a local chain restaurant. However, the wine selection was on point and our server was wonderful and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and sophisticated. Overall, would probably check out the other restaurants in the hotel before going back.

Waiter delightfully energetic. Food wonderful, and delivered in timely manner. We were able to have a conversation without loud music drowning us out.
Food was excellent. Didn't give the best rating for service because we had to wait awhile for drinks. Luckily the manager saw us waiting and filled them for us.
Great food, great service. The steak was cooked perfectly and their fried chicken was fantastic!
I thought the food was very good. I had a steak and my wife had salmon. The steak tasted very good. The salmon tasted very good. The fresh bread was awesome.
We had great service from Angelo and Ken. They made my birthday celebration fun and took great care of my friends and me. The food was hot and delicious. The bread was sooo good. Simple food that didn’t need lots of over the top names and garnish! I will be back!
The server messed up the order a whopping three times. Finally we got another server involved. The food was definitely not worth the price. It was actually so bland we didnt eat it and didnt take it for leftovers. Blue Ribbon used to be an amazing sushi place. Now, it’s subpar “american” cuisine and yet they kept the 4 star pricing. The meat and cheese board was some of the lowest quality deli meat i’ve had at any restaurant ever. Definitely not even close to the $48 they charge. The Wicked Spoon (also in the Cosmo) is less than this TOTAL and is all you can eat and has far better meat and cheese and it’s a freaking buffet. $300+ meals should not have the same food quality of an Applebees. This is NOT the same Blue Ribbon people. And judging by the fact there were under 10 customers dining at 9:30 on a Friday night, it’s apparent everyone else got the memo before I did.
The food and the staff was excellent!! I’m so glad we chose to come here.
This was our first visit. Thank goodness we found this place. Bobbie and Daniel at the bar were amazing. Our food was the best in Las Vegas. Bone marrow, oyster, chicken wings, shrimp Provençal. A must when in LAS. I am a foodie take my word. You must go if your in LAS.
Outstanding service and food
No 10 stars!? Great service! Food was perfectly cooked, the New York steak I had was requested to be RARE, and it was perfect!
Noise level was low, I didn't know if the bars meant 1 was low or 1 was terrible. Servers were attentive but not overbearing.
We'll be back!
The food was great as always. Love eating here. We started off with a server named Crystal. She was so awesome. Super friendly and quick service, but then she had to go and service other tables in another location so informed us that we would be serviced by another server named Michael. He was nice, but not as friendly as Crystal and his service was okay. With Crystal, she always refilled our drinks without us having to ask. Michael took a while before returning to our table each time. Again, he was nice but not as friendly as Crystal.
Super accommodating despite I was running late for my reservation for my birthday !!
Ordered dinner at 7:30pm, but food was not served until just after 9pm and we had a 10pm show to go to. Restaurant still had open tables so they even though it was busy it was not at max capacity. Other than that the food was delicious, great ambiance.
Nothing special here just a run of the mill restaurant. Food is good but not exceptional. Service was not bad but definitely not on par with the best restaurants in Vegas.
We were very very happy with the Blue Ribbon Restaurant. Service was excellent, the food was delicious, the ambience was great.
Delicious food, great service, beautiful restaurant! It’s definitely a must try!
Always amazing food and service!! We love it here
Menu has broad options from meal based on small plates to full entrée with sides. Also broad choices - all meats, seafood, and sushi - traditional style to eclectic. Everything we ordered was awesome. Service was great. If you like spirits they have a great assortment of bourbons, scotch, and all other spirits. Plus one big, clear round ice cube. I will definitely eat here on my next trip to Vegas.
Great! We always come here when we are in Vegas!
Amazing food and amazing service!!! Will be back for sure
Have been there a few times, and it's been consistently great. The style is basically American comfort food with some seafood and Japanese dishes thrown in. Quality ingredients, attentive staff, decent wine list, fresh seafood, and great cuts of meat.
