   A charming and quaint atmosphere in the storied Napa Opera House, this jazz club delivers. Not a bad seat in the house. Upscale menu, very entertaining, and pleasant staff. Took my mom for their mother's day brunch. A lovely day indeed.

   I recently moved to Napa and drove by this beautiful building that is home to the Blue Note jazz club and wanted to check it out soon. Some friends from Oakland gave me a buzz and noticed the BN had a new Sunday brunch with live music, so it was the perfect opportunity for a first impression. The interior did not disappoint and neither did Mike Greensill on the piano. He struck the perfect tone for the venue and the acoustics are perfect for this intimate setting. Over the years I have not come to expect much from brunch fare, so I was pleasantly surprised with our food. It was a fabulous experience. I don't think many folks have discovered this gem as yet, but I suspect it will soon become quite popular. I'm sure it will resonate with the locals, but it is well worth the drive up from SF or the East Bay with the bonus of checking out other things Napa after visiting the Blue Note.

   The crab cakes were delicious! The music was wonderful! The Blue Note is the perfect spot to enjoy Brunch. With many restaurants to choose from in the Napa Valley, this was the BEST CHOICE EVER! 🙏👨‍🍳🎹🎶

   I don't like how Blue Note wants you to sit across from your husband/date. It makes no sense to me. I want to sit "next" to my husband so we can talk easily. The staff at Blue Note always tries to separate couples. Also, I had reservation for about a month and they were trying to give us a "lesser" table not in the center. They said there were people coming to sit at this particular table. My theory is that we were ALREADY there, it is first come first serve. Plus I brought 14 people with me. Very frustrating to have to be forceful with the staff. I loved the music of Mike Greensill and Greg Rahn. Our food was great.

   It is an honor to be in the performing presence of Mike Greensill. What a terrific way to spend a Sunday noontime. We will return often. And the food was wonderful.

   My gal pals and I will always recommend Blue Note in Napa to our friends. It is visually beautiful, perfectly located, has terrific food and of course, Mike on jazz piano. His playing is not background music. Yes, you can still chat, but the quality of music is excellent.

    Jazz brunch at the Blue Note was lovely last Sunday. Mike G. is a wonderful piano player, and it was delightful to listen to his rendition of jazz classics and other tunes. The food was scrumptious. The Blue Note was busy, but our server stepped up and did a great job.
