Fantastic food! We have eaten there twice now and it has been outstanding both times. We were are bit disappointed that they had run out of brussels sprouts though. But overall, it is still one of the best restaurants on the Gulf Coast.
They made it so memorable! It was a perfect night and they made it even more perfect!! Great food, great service and the Sous Chef Jeremy was great!
We have dined at Blue Marlin on four occasions. The food, wine and service were excellent every time. We think its a good value and will return.
It was our anniversary and we were treated like honored guests! We were seated in a private alcove and our server was always around when we needed her. Both the seafood and steak were excellent and were worth the price we paid. Definitely will be recommending the Blue Marlin to our friends!

We had a wonderful experience overall. We were put in a private room with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. My Prime New York strip was cooked to perfection with crusted outside flavored with their housemate worchstershire. Incredible! My wife had the salmon which was also cooked to perfection and really flavorful! Service was great. I can’t wait to go back again.

Blue Marlin is having trouble returning to function from its months closed for the pandemic. With only three diners there last night, my ‘hot’ appetizer arrived cool, almost cold. And, the wine I ordered and waited for ended-up unavailable because the list had not been updated.
However, the most glaring problem at the Blue Marlin was with the manager. Despite my polite comments about the dining experience, he remained detached and aloof, and he acted as though he did not care.
On a positive note, my entrée was enjoyable, and the waiter was attentive and professional.
With so many other better restaurants available on the Coast, be certain to know that Blue Marlin is not what it was before the closure due to the Covid virus.
The restaurant and facility are a great place to dine. We found a slow response to our getting a table, but it was good when we sat down. The service at the bar was very slow. My wife could not finish her gumbo, it had no taste. This was a return visit after a couple of other times we visited your restaurant. The overall service and personal was great, but until we hear of others who have gone and truly enjoyed it. it will be a lot longer before we return.
The red fish topped with crab meat was excellent, a little on the salty side, but I would definitely order it again. The baked salmon was also excellent, cooked perfectly.
This was out first time. It was a Friday night at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant had very few patrons. Rather than sitting in a nearly empty very large dining room, we decided to sit at their bar. The bar was also empty but it was nicely done. The seats were comfortable and the temperature was good. There really is not much in the way of atmosphere or music. We each had a cocktail, and they were fine. The young lady pouring the drinks and serving them was pleasant and did a fine job. Nothing really special in mixing the drinks, but they were what we ordered. We ordered three different things. The scallops were plated nicely and were tasty. The calamari and shrimp was pretty marginal. Both had a heavy batter and would not be ordered again. The duck was much better. Generally in most places the slices are smaller, but overall it was good. The rating should be more like a 3.5. It certainly is not on par with white pillars, nor even Fields (in the Bay), but we will try it again. Large dining rooms with virtually no customers, virtually no music makes a tough atmosphere. I hope they grow their client base. This Plaza facility is huge.

What a great evening! The food, the service, the ambiance was all exceptional. We will be back very soon.
It was a bit busy but taking 30-45 min to get drinks and over an hour to get food is not nice. We got there at 7:30pm and we didn’t have our food past 9pm. So that was a bit extreme. Ambience was very good. It’s not my first time there. First time I would have 5 stars all the way but this time the food was a bit too salty. Need to be more consistent.

Based on open table reviews decided to try! Food was very very good! Both of us had seafood. Well prepared and hot on arrival! Missed an excellent rating just because my brocollini was just warm. Not a major issue though. Service was excellent and enjoyed talking to the waiter. Will definitely try again when in the area! Husband said his redfish was best meal of our trip!

Hands down the best restaurant between New Orleans and Mobile. Centennial Plaza is a gorgeous setting for this outstanding restaurant.
The accommodations were excellent and our service provider "Monica" was exceptional. Can't wait to go back.

Our table was 6’ from the rear door entrance with people constantly opening the door allowing the cold night wind in. Recommendation- move the main entrance to where the rear entrance is and parking. Close off the front entrance.
A majority of the food was very salty ( bread pudding was very good)
The main entrance is difficult to find.
The Valentines menu wasn’t so great. Recommendation - add the Valentines menu to the regular menu for that night.
Handing out roses to when arriving was a nice touch.
Our server was very nice. Appetizer was sparse... considering the price. Salmon entree was good. Tried to order desert, but seemed to be problematic with availability.
That seemed odd considering we were eating at approximately 6 o’clock on a Saturday🤔

Service was great. Food was just ok. We could hear people playing karaoke and it was disturbing. Interesting that we were the only diners in the restaurant. Probably would not return.
This was a wonderful brunch. The food was excellent! The atmosphere wonderful. We weren’t rushed and really enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent food and service. The basil martini was great. The oysters with mignonette sauce were plump and full of flavor. The smoked salmon dip with seasoned crackers was a different twist that made it better. The hanger steak with bordelaise sauce was perfectly cooked and the best I have had even compared to a famous steak house in New Orleans Shrimp and grits were tasty and not overcooked. The bread pudding was of the right consistency and not a clump of sugar. Definitely a great dining experience and have made reservations already to come back with relatives to share on the experience. Highly recommended
I do not have the receipt that that mentioned our servers name. She was so friendly, had a great personality, and her smile was infectious. She did say hello and her name, however, after bloody Mary's, delicious food, fantastic dessert, my mind was fuzzy.
Service was great. The entrance & parking is very confusing. Food was average, but looked good and interesting. Disappointed in the coldness of the restaurant. It should be a very warm & inviting place!
Pleasant server, good food - weird entrance that made entry difficult for elderly grandmother. Otherwise, loved it and looking forward to returning.
