For delicious and fresh seafood right at Sentosa Cove, look no further than Blue Lotus Eating House. The beautiful restaurant has plenty of outside seating, while inside is modern mixed with some traditional touches. The local favourite chilli crab is the main attraction here. You can order it a number of different ways, but we’d recommend going with the signature chilli pomelo crab. Served in a delicious sauce seasoned with lemongrass, curry leaves and chilli, the crab here certainly stands out from the crowd. With spectacular views, attentive service and a fantastic ambience, there’s plenty of reasons to make Blue Lotus your new favourite restaurant.
