Experience West Coast inspired menus while taking in the stunning water, city and mountain views from our marina-side Blue Hat Bistro at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. A la carte and fixed price menus are prepared Monday - Friday by the chefs of tomorrow with guidance from a team of globally trained, professional chef-instructors. Our 3-course menu features a starter, an entrée and a dessert for just $26 at lunch and $35 at dinner. Join us for Happy Hour every Monday to Friday from 3-6pm and all-day Saturday and Sunday. On weekends, Brunch is served until 3pm and popular entrées such as Steak Frites and Grilled Fish Tacos are available throughout the day.

On the first Friday of every month, our popular market fresh and seasonal West Coast Buffet takes place - $28 Lunch; $38 Dinner. Reservations for the buffet are recommended and can be made up to one month in advance.
