Pretty restaurant at the W hotel. Darial was a very attentive and great server! The food was delicious. We had sushi and the oysters that are grilled are amazing!!! We got like 3 orders they were so good. The dumplings and crab cakes were better than we’ve ever had. Crab cakes are all crab! No yucky red pepper or fillers like breading.

Food was really poor quality. The rolls made me sick all night. Also my entree was a Burnt and fishy. Quality has really gone down since last time I visited

Food was fantastic. Went with my daughter who got the Pre-fix salad, steak and dessert. She loved the steak. The chocolate cake and ice cream were unbelievably delicious. We had calamari and I had a delicious sushi roll. Services was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Always great! Wait staff is incredibly friendly but not intrusive. Food is consistently excellent. A little haven in the middle of the Times Sq chaos.

We were eager to try Blue Fin based on ratings and menu. I told our server at the outset that we had a 7PM show across the street. She nodded and I assumed we were all good with our hour and 15 minutes to eat. We ordered a roasted cauliflower and kale salad (delicious), sea bass bites (4 tiny pieces for $22 - good but not worth the price) and 2 sushi rolls. I watched as everyone else around us got their food. Our server kept looking over so I assumed she was on top of it. At 6:40, we still did not have our sushi rolls. Our server said, "Oh, do you have a show?" There is no excuse for not listening to a customer. At 6:45 PM, we could not wait any longer. Who wants to rush to eat in 5 minutes? I asked for the sushi rolls to be removed from our bill and we did not get to eat our dinner before the show. I see a lot of shows and live in NY. Seeing all of the other tables around you get served while the clock ticks is unwelcome. We won't be back.
