    Service was ridiculously slow. Food order was messed up. Steak was overcooked extremely. 30 minute wait for main course. Place is clearly disorganized.

    Experience has gone downhill since I was last there. The food was OK not great. Prices were good and the service was good. I will not return so soon.

    We dined here on a busy Saturday night before a show and the restaurant was 1/2 empty. This is a tourist trap. The food was good, but the prices were sky high. I should have expected this on Broadway in the theater district. In retrospect, we should have walked a few blocks off Broadway for a better meal at a better prices. On the up-side, the staff was friendly, professional and attentive.

    SO SLOW. the food order was wrong for 1/2 of the people in our party of six. We told them we had theatre tickets and a performer on Broadway who had a call time in our party and ended up having to take his food to go since everything took so long. It was grossly overpriced and underwhelming. We scarfed down our food to make our curtain. Very unimpressed. the manager and servers really did nothing to move the process along either.

    Truly enjoyed our pre-theatre dinner at Blue Fin. Service was great and attentive and food was great. Really enjoyed the steak!!

    Terrible food, terrible service,noisy atmosphere. Unbelievable that it is part of the W Hotel. Oysters Rockefeller barely had any oysters in it. Staff friendly but incompetent. Forgot to bring part of our guests order, spilled coffee delivering it to table. Main course overcooked. & Overpriced to boot. Avoid at all costs
