Liberty Entertainment Group's 2024 project in the iconic Union Station. Blue Bovine combines the traditional steakhouse with the traditional Japanese sushi house to fashion a distinctly modern dining experience. Combining custom elements, such as exclusively designed Canadian maple wood furniture, manufactured in Toronto with bespoke artwork, handcrafted lighting details, and a warm colour palette of deep reds, seawater blues and layers of white to reflect Toronto's four seasons. Honouring the integrity of local and natural elements, the restaurant's ethos is expressed both through the commitment to local menu ingredients on the plate and local and natural material honesty in the design.

What a stellar dining experience! Food was absolutely phenomenal, our server Dan was amazing. Cannot say enough good things! Will absolutely be back next time we're in Toronto! Thanks again Dan for a truly amazing dining experience!

This place is an absolute Gem. From the sushi to the steak, we couldn’t have asked for better food. The service is always over the top, Andre is an absolute Legend. My daughter has allergies and they were able to accommodate her without any issues. We have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions and it is always exceptional. And, to top it off, Andre walked us all the way to the train platform to make sure we got there on time! We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent food and service. Our server was one of the best that we have ever had. The food was so good and it was a good location within the Union station

Firstly, there was no table for my booking when I arrived. Hostess had to get a manager to sit me in the completely empty restaurant because the lounge was full. I had booked more than a week in advance. Secondly I had to send my steak back (asked medium rare and it was medium well). At $85 for a strip loin before sides tax or tip - that is inexcusable. It was also stringy and about an inch thick cut. Doubtful if it was 12oz. Had to wait 10 mins for refire which was also an inch thick. All due respect to the waiter who comped a desert for me which he picked (coconut pie - good). Otherwise Fries were cold and mid. Caesar and mushrooms were good. Duck spring rolls were bad. Sushi was missed and came out as one option only. When it said chefs choice presumed a variety. Overall disappointed

Usually enjoy my experience at Blue Bovine but this lunch was disappointing. Would not recommend the Lobster Grilled Cheese.

Service was wonderful and friendly, salad and sushi courses should have been separated. Table-side ceaser salad was tasty but not enough lettuce for the amount of dressing. Accompaniments were all very tasty. Not sure why they served a tray with three types of salts to the table with the steak when it was already way too salty. Sea bass was salty too. A sharper steak knife would have been nice. Next time, I will request them to ease up on the salt as it really subtracts from the value of the meal.

The location is great for after work drinks and the ambience is amazing. However, the dinner left a lot be to desired given the price. The food was very bland and seemed to lack any seasoning

Address should read "61". Front St W. Currently states 65. Also need better walking directions to get to the front desk. Service was excellent Food was delicious Offerings on menu were incredible.
