    From beginning to end, our experience was exceptional. The tuna tartar was delicious as well as the burrata app. We all had the salmon and loved it. The service was terrific throughout the evening. Can’t wait to go back!

    The food was amazing. We had the snapper ceviche and the lobster cavatelli. Try it with the pesto! Drinks are on point. Our server, William, was helpful, kind, and charming through our meal. Highly recommend!

    Came for my birthday and had a great Experience First of all place is gorgeous, not terribly large, but very comfortable, and the noise volume you could actually have conversations with the people at your table, which I always appreciate. Nick was our server and he was fabulous very attentive in spite of them, probably maybe one more server but every restaurant is short staff right now. We shared the cowboy ribeye, was prepared perfectly, and had the best potato rosti. The bread served was amazing. I love that you could hear the live music playing in the lobby of the Conrad. I can’t wait to go back!

    Food was really good….however, the restaurant was not busy but our waiter was not very attentive & took a long time in between drinks to attend to us. He would spend a lot of time at another table speaking with other customers.

    dining here felt a bit like amateur hour. very young and inexperienced host seated us at a nice table in the beautiful but rather empty room, greeted by an equally young and inexperienced server at the table. first drinks felt forgotten since they took a very long time. ordered the tasting menu - the second course arrived first, and when asked about the order, server seemed confused and asked "you never got the first course"? ... seems she should know what's happening at her table. food was tasty despite some missteps (cold soup components that were assembled at the table, missing garnishes), but did cause gastric distress later that night/ morning. waaaaay too expensive for the level of service and execution. maybe after some time, this place will evolve to meet the expectations.

    The food and ambiance were both very good. The service was not what I would expect for a venue like The Conrad. The selection of teas was very limited. I expected the server would brief me on the food but she did not. The teapot was very small so I ran out of tea and water, waited at least 10 minutes and finally walked to the server to request refills on beverages. The server was not knowledgeable about the teas, the food, or the toppings. She told me the butter was the lemon curd. For the cost of the tea, I was very disappointed in the service.

    We had a lovely afternoon tea at Blue Aster. Carly was lovely and accommodating. The food was all perfectly sized for afternoon tea. The scones came out first; they were warm and wonderful. All the sandwiches were delicious. The desserts were beautiful.

    The restaurant is very nice, it is located in the New Conrad hotel is very nice and upscale. The employees working there are great, very attentive and friendly. The food was very good the price of the Ribeye at $110 was a bit high. The only thing that ruined my business dinner was the onslaught of the gnats that were flying everywhere. "No", I am not making that up, they were everyway, all over our table, food, etc. I saw a previous review discussing the same thing and at the time I thought "it was crazy", well crazy train is back and so were the gnats, I'm thinking they probably never left. I asked our server about "Ashley" and she said its an issue and they are all over the place. I dropped $500+ on a dinner and was attacked by gnats-"How was your day?".

    We had 3 appetizers and two entrees. Apps weren’t very good. The smoked trout dip was overly salty and cream based. The ceviche was pretty good but quite small, shrimp cocktail was rubbery. Scallop risotto was so-so. The whole snapper was delicious. Bottom line wouldn’t go back. $450 for 3 people.

    Ive been a few times now because the tea and bites are delicious. It’s a beautiful space and clean… although the last time I went there were flies and gnats everywhere… The service is kind, but crazy slow. Valet service is nice and pretty quick, even when it’s busy.

    Beautiful decor. Mediocre food and sub par service. Took my daughter and sister for brunch. Server spilled tea while serving it and ignored it. Never filled our water glasses. Never asked if we needed drink refills. I’d heard wonderful things about the brunch so I was excited to go. Sadly, I’m not impressed.

    If you are going for a true afternoon tea, and especially if you are making and “event” of it, I would go elsewhere. It was too pricey (up there with The Ritz in London and The Langham) for the few bite size snacks they give you in the. Yay and crowded lobby.

    This is the third time we’ve dined here. The food and service is consistently excellent. Pleasant ambience. Not stuffy. Relaxed and friendly. Pretty restaurant. For a special dinner with wine, including tip, it’s cost us $200-300 for two people. Caesar salad, two grilled filets, a bottle of wine and coffee. They have some nice selections for dessert. A beautiful fruit platter, sorbet and some higher calorie choices. Without the bottle of wine it’s closer to $200. We go there once a year for a special occasion. We like it enough to keep coming back. There are pasta and fish options as well as beef. It’s located inside the Conrad Hilton. You’ll need to valet park. You can dress up or dressy casual is fine. They are friendly and want you to feel welcome a relax.

    What a wonderful time we had for my 65th birthday! A very comfortable dining room (these are the things that are important to me at my age LOL). The food was delicious, unique & they were good sized portions. Ashley, the server was so fun & engaging. We had the lobster pasta (I had a hard time deciding between the Salmon, scallops & the lobster pasta-glad I chose the lobster) , the campanelli pasta, a dozen of the oysters (6 east coast, 6 west coast), & the snapper cerviche. For dessert; the orange olive oil cake. The drinks were good too. The whole evening was an A+++

    Our server, Luke was fabulous and made our experience enjoyable. The High Tea was served at tables adjacent to the hotel lobby and bar. It was a nice atmosphere. The furnishings and artwork were quite beautiful and all staff members were friendly and professional. The huge disappointment was the quality of the food. Although the presentation was beautiful, most of both the sweet and savory items were old resulting in either too dry or a soggy effect. For the cost would not recommend this High Tea.

    One of the best steaks I’ve ever had and the corn bisque was amazing. Love the presentation of the bread service

    Ashley and JoJo and the team did a great job of taking care of us. The food was wonderful as always and we introduced another couple to Blue Aster who said they too will be back.

    For the type of restaurant, and the price you would expect this to be a special experience. It was not. The server was not attentive, and no accommodations were made for food preferences.

    Kelly, our server was fantastic. She was so personable. Everyone was pleasant. The food was excellent. Unfortunately the view outside was awful.
