    Had an absolute amazing dining experience! We had our reservations set for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We were greeted upon arrival and had a wonderful time. Our server Moses was fantastic, he took the time to explain the courses as well as making sure we enjoyed them. 10 out of 10, would dine there again.

    We did a 9 course tasting and all of the food was excellent and delicious. The staff were all very friendly. My only negative critique would be that the lighting (we sat at the bar) could have been better. Overall we had a great time and I would highly recommend

    The food was outstanding. Everything is locally sourced. The food was excellent quality. The staff were very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We had a wonderful time.

    We weren’t sure what to expect but this place has to be one of the best flavor profile dishes we have ever tasted. I can’t believe more people don’t come here to experience amazing, fresh, well thought out food. We stayed at the Ritz and this place is way better.

    This was probably the best meal we had in St Thomas. The service was great, the food was delicious. Just a great experience overall. It salvaged some of our dinner experiences on island as good food felt hard to find.

    Our waiters, Jerry and Moses were very attentive and were genuinely interested in us having a great experience. The Chef, Elroy was amazing. Food was outstansing.

    We had an exceptional night at Blu11! It was a very quiet night and they could have easily turned us away! Instead, we sat at the counter and were served by the chef, Elroy, his assistant and Amber, the hostess, server, and bartender! They couldn't have been more accommodating and interested in our thoughts about each of the amazing dishes. We loved hearing about the ingredients in each dish, as well as the Caribbean inspiration and flavors behind them! Blu11 is so much more than a meal...it's an experience! So worth it!

    Best dining experience ever ! Look forward to returning to Blue 11 every year I visit. Staff is amazing and chef is out of this world.
