We were greeted as soon as we walked in and promptly seated. Sitting at the Chef’s table is a must for foodies! The 9 course tasting menu was outstanding. Each was perfectly prepared. The star of the show was the the Butter Poached Halibut over Cassava Foam topped with Passion Fruit Butter. A beautiful and unique presentation that was a surprise to the taste buds at every bite! The entire staff was friendly and attentive and worked seamlessly together. A vey unique and entertaining experience.

It was my second time dining at this amazing restaurant! This time for my 40th birthday! As always, the staff was so welcoming and made me feel like a Queen! The food…….omg…..incredible! The goat was my favorite course! I’ll definitely be back next year :)

Absolutely the greatest dining experience ever in 25 yrs of visiting. All local crew that will amaze you with the level of talent. We did the chef's menu. Not cheap but worth it. Every dish was beautiful and delicious. Also they explained everything in detail about each dish 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This is a stellar and sophisticated establishment that takes you on a cultural culinary journey of caribbean infused smells and flavors in profiles reminiscent of my youth growing up in St. Thomas. I would definitely rate 5 out of 5 stars!

Great food. Terrible vibes. Had to kept asking for re fill for my water. One of the dishes in the tasting menu was spicy and I had no water. You wait forever for a drink. I sat at the counter thinking it would be fun to see the action like an episode of the bear but they look miserable. Half the time if they weren’t cooking they were on their phones and they were not friendly. They are acting like An exclusive restaurant. Long way to go. But their food is top notch that’s all they got

I first frequented this establishment during the pandemic and could not stop thinking of when I'd return. Well worth the wait, the chef didn't disappoint. The flavors are elevated and very Next Level, the pairings are just Beyond; I am confident that anything served will elevate my palate and introduce my taste buds to all things delicious. Shemika is the best @ hosting and she has the talent of just being warm, hospitable & inviting. The whole vibe of the staff and the ambience is just awesome and makes you want to return for more, from drinks, to flavorful plates & even the playlist; it's All On Point! The best dining experience from start to finish. I am soo late with this review. I dined in St Thomas at a few places but this is a five star restaurant with presentation and professionalism and hospitality that are on par! From the host to the servers and the sous chef they all made me feel welcome. The selection I made was the 9 course option and of course I had my favorites like the halibut and others. I want to visit St Thomas again just to dine there again! Kudos to such an incredible place!

Everything was excellent. The service was great and the food was amazing. I live how they incorporated local dishes like green banana and dumplings into the meals. I would recommend the course meals to anyone willing to try a new experience.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Great service first of all! We had not encountered good service anywhere in St Thomas, so this was a great plus!! Than you Moises! The food was beyond delicious 🤤 Such a great delicacy and great plate presentation! I’d give this restaurant an overall 1000 stars ⭐️ Must try!!

Had the best dinner of the year with Mt family at blue eleven. They have an a la carte menu now but after hearing the fixed menu, we opted for 11 courses. 2 ppl did wine pairings and were blown away at the complement. My dad is a huge fan of ine dining and said this experience rivaled Michelin started establishments of ny (he is a huge fan of Daniel). The price was also accessible if you're used to big city tasting menu price tags. MUST VISIT! Our fav dishes (hard to choose as they knocked 8/10 dishes OUT OF THE PARK AND 2/10 were great. Desert was phenomenal!) were the deconstructed kallaloo, halibut with cassava foam and passionfruit sauce, and lobster.

I was celebrating my birthday by myself, and Blue 11 really made me feel right at home. They were hospitable, gracious, informative, and just great overall people. The food was incredible. I selected the 7 course tasting. Every dish was excellent. Big shoutout to Shameka and Moses. Excellent customer service and extremely personable! 10/10

We had the 9 course tasting menu and we highly recommend Blue 11!! The staff takes so much pride in their craft and the menu is thoughtfully and tastefully designed to take you through a high end tour of the Caribbean! We enjoyed our meal SO much!!

This was the best place we ate at during our week long stay. We did the 9 Tastings with wine pairings. The food blew our minds with the abundance of unique flavors. The staff was also extremely friendly and did amazingly. There were not many people there, which was very surprising. If you want the best gourmet food on the island, Blue 11 is where it is at.

It was an absolute delight to dine with my family at Blue 11 In celebration of my son's birthday. It was an additional delight to find they now have an alacarte menu. As far as I'm concerned it is the best and perhaps only true fine dining restaurant on Saint Thomas

If you want the most delicious food you can imagine, this place is for you! It is a tasting menu for 7, 9 or 11 courses. Wine courses are available. The flavors in the food are outstanding. The presentation was out of world. We highly recommend Blue 11. Shout out to Benji and his fabulous team!

The food was excellent. 11 course tasting menu was quite an experience, all dishes were fantastic. The restaurant decor and ambiance needs a lot of sprucing up, from the uncomfortable mismatched chairs, to worn out ceiling, dated purple walls and art work- it truly takes away from the awesome food presentation. Ambiance plays a huge role in restaurant experience, wishing the best for this establishment and hope they can work on their interior decor.

If you are a foodie and love to sample multiple dishes instead of eating one large dish, this gem is for you. We opted for the 11-course dinner with a somewhat neutral bottle of rose’ and it was perfection. Every dish was beautiful and full of wonderful flavors that sent my palate into bliss. Any concerns that you might not be satiated by such small portions should be erased from your mind. I was definitely full after the dessert course.

Outstanding chefs tasting menu, best on the island by far sincerely rivaling some of the best options one can find anywhere. Ingenious use of local options. Think “sea to table” as opposed to farm to table. Top notch and attentive service. Full bar available as well. Strongly recommend sitting at the table that allows you to watch the chef and team prepare the food. Highly recommend overall!

I could not imagine such an amazing experience. I had read all the reviews and thought when people said it was the best meal they’ve ever had maybe they hadn’t eaten in some of the finest restaurants around the world. We travel worldwide and our dinner last night is the most creative, interesting and delicious meal we have ever had. Service perfect. Dining here is a bargain. French Laundry in Napa charges about $350 per person for a tasting menu. Last night we had seven amazing courses for $104 each for all seven courses. So much talent went into each course and we loved them all.This is a meal we will dream about for the rest of our lives. It worth going to St Thomas to have this amazing experience!

The food was delicious and beautiful! Each plate was a culinary work of art. We had the 7 course meal and it was filling. The menu has changed since my last visit and the new dishes enhance the dining experience. As always, the service was superb! Our server...that's not an accurate description of what happens at Blue 11..I'll call him our "dining docent", was Jerry; he is the consummate professional: he knows the complicated menu and he's very personable! Do understand that there is no printed menu, the "dining docent" makes an oral presentation to you at your table to guide you through the available courses. The chef is so skilled, he can easily accommodate vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian diners. I dined with my 21 year-old Niece who insisted on going to Blue 11 during her visit to St. Thomas and describes it as the "upscale gourmet" restaurant. It was a perfect dinner!
