Overall, the service was excellent. Our server, Amber, was exceptional. Location is enviable with an amazing view of the NYC skyline. Restaurant has a nice layout that flows from one area to the next; esthetically pleasing. Food was fine for a restaurant only open several months, but I will expect more from the kitchen on my next visit.

This is a high end culinary experience restaurant. The cocktail creation is amazing. The food is fresh and well prepared. I would suggest to change the fried food to a more healthy grill style of cooking.

This places is amazing ambiance and the food is very good … my Complaint is about one of the managers was very unprofessional and rude at the time we was about to enter the restaurant he approached was very rude telling my husband he was not dressed well ( while he was very well dress and presentable) “ but i will let you in this time” we walked in and it was a lot of guys dressing with ripped jeans … very casual shoes and shirt …. So that was very unclear for me.

Worth the trip from Hudson Yards and very close to the Weehawken ferry landing (be aware-our the digital map sent us in the wrong direction). Great views of Manhattan. A special evening celebrating a milestone bday and a family reunion. The food was delicious. Service impeccable. Would love to return on our next trip to NYC.

Great experience no complaints— the food was worth every dollar it was all delicious. wagyu skirt steak was a game changer and the drinks are unreal (I got the dragons bluud 10/10). Our server Robert was exceptional!

Amazing! Not one miss! My wife and I went there for brunch. The ambience was a perfect setting for our Anniversary. The server John was fantastic at his job. Knowledgeable and personable. The drinks hit the spot. (Forgot the names). We ordered the ricotta cheese stuffed pancakes with blueberry compote, Wow! We ordered their Wagyu sushi tacos, Amazing! I was mad it was finished so quick lol. Lastly we ordered steak, eggs and tater tots! Steak cook to perfection and sunny side up eggs, Perfect! For desert we had carrot cake with coconut shavings. What a great surprise lol. The sauce and candied pecans was nice as well. Such a great experience here. Will come back with friends for sure!

I was looking forward to celebrating my wife’s birthday and I wanted to try a new place. I was very disappointed how close the tables were to each other. Even the couple they sat next to us weren’t to happy. I don’t understand why the tables are so close to each other as big as the restaurant is. The food was average and drinks were over priced. The server was good. But I wouldn’t go back.

Every thing from the food to the service was excellent . I’m gonna say maybe the best meal I ever had. The Wagu Tomahawk steak was second to none. Our waiter Reinaldo was great . The restaurant itself was beautiful. The bill was worth the $$$$ to me. I would highly recommend Blu on the Hudson.
