Welcome to Bermuda’s premier bar and grill restaurant located in the scenic beauty of the Belmont Hills Golf Course with spectacular views overlooking the Great Sound and Hamilton Harbour.

We are open for dinner offering fine steak, fish and other fare from the grill, complimented by our award-winning wine list. Blû’s cuisine is bold American with generous Italian and Asian influences as well as a delightful sushi menu. Enjoy an upscale meal in the early evening with your loved ones at Blu.

Please, note that Our dress code is Elegant casual. That means no shorts, no t-shirts, no sport shoes, or flip flops. Gentlemen need to wear a shirt with a collar..

    Amazing harbor view and sunset and the food was amazing. Well worth it and so close to Azura where we were staying (5min taxi ride) We will be back!!

    This was our best dining experience while visiting Bermuda for 3 nights. Great food, great views and great service. We as outside. It was lively and all the guests were so friendly.

    We arrived and specifically reserved seating indoors but they had a table instead outside in the heat. Had to remind them about the requested reservation and at first they said they didn't have seats inside for us but I told them I made the request in advance with my booking, to which they placed us at a table inside by the entrance in the lounge. Our server unfortunately did not speak the best of English and we had a hard time understanding her when she was giving the daily specials and taking our orders. We were told because of the high amount of orders during the dinner hour, that our food would take some time. When our food did arrive, they got the wrong orders with some of the plates also. Our server also didn't know what types of sashimi were on our plates. With the food order, there were no provided services of fresh parmsean and/or black peppers for our fine dining dishes either. After our meals, we had to request the dessert menu as it was not offered. When it came to dessert, we were told it would another 25 minutes for our lemon souffle. We were hoping for a fine dining experience but it felt more like a fast food restaurant experience. We spent over $800 for our family experience and would not be returning.

    This was an our second time dining at Blu in one vacation, that’s how much we thought of our experience and food the first time. It was the best meal, both times, that we’ve had on the island, and we ate at several places. The only challenge was the amount of people wanting to take sunset pictures, as we were sitting in what seams to be the most advantageous location…but not a big deal at all. Decode is as nice as the food was good, definitely a must visit!!

    The Hamachi yellowtail crudo appetizer was amazing but the miso glazed Chilean sea bass was a little over cooked and they need to marinate it longer to make it tastier. Adding a slight char would also enhance the flavors. Service could have been better in the beginning as it took some time to get our drink orders taken but things picked up after the initial delay. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Bermuda.

    We sat at the sushi bar and had wonderful sushi! Our waitress was great and Rey who was the sushi chef was very good! Looking forward to going back again.

    A wonderful first night back in Bermuda and at Blu. The food was excellent and the service was exceptional. We look forward to coming back soon.
