Ren is awesome at the bar, so friendly and makes a great drink. Rob always goes out of his way to please, and gets us set up quickly and comfortably and ready with some wine! And we love Victor and family there.

Good food. We had oysters and shrimp cocktail to start. Followed by frutti di mare and the branzino. Everything was great. And the atmosphere on the outdoor deck was very pleasant

We wanted outdoor dining for our anniversary brunch hoping for the same feeling as on our wedding day. Blu was a great choice.

Brought our out of town guests for brunch to enjoy the fall foliage on the the lake. It was wonderful as always. Food does not disappoint.

The service was lovely. Food was great. It was a beautiful day so we had brunch outside- we were a little cold so we really appreciated the heat lamp! Thank you for a wonderful experience overall-we'll be back!

We decided to eat outside, partially for the lake view, but also because given the choice, we feel more comfortable dining outdoors during the pandemic. Food was great, service was very good. Enjoyed and will return, likely next year, when the weather is warm enough to eat outside again.

Nice overlooks a lake and great food with a nice variety to choose will definitely revisit

Service was very slow. Had to keep looking for waitress
Even though we had a reservation they didn’t seat us in the preferred outside with heat lamps
We were freezing and couldn’t find the waitress for the bill
We had to go inside and wait fir it

We had valet parking but couldn’t find the attendant
Busboy finally came out to help us & we gave him the parking slip and a tip. Then he came back & gave us our car keys.

Parking lot was full and very dark

Food was absolutely delicious! You really can't make a wrong selection. The view was also stunning and the restaurant is beautiful both indoor and outdoor. Service was fantastic! Great for a date night spot of girls night. Highly recommend!

They advertize Lobster Thursday and when we arrived at 6:30, no lobsters. Sounds like a come on to me!

Lobster special very good; service excellent. An excellent martini.

Blu Lakehouse restaurant was everything I wanted. The ambiance was AMAZING, our server was great, and the the food was really good. Will definitely be back!

Slow slow service...Price fix brunch discontinued but honored due to being still being on advertising on web site..Food generally good but very slow service.

Wonderful setting on Lake Mahopac. Excellent food. The service is polite and friendly.

Website highlights 3 course brunch for $19. When we asked why it wasn’t being offered, the hostess was unable to answer. Highly overpriced, although the view was spectacular.

The view is nice, but that's about it. The food was mediocre, service took forever (both getting seated with a reservation & getting our food/drinks/check) and they decided this week there was no prixe brunch (despite it being on their website). Not worth a return IMO

Always a nice scenery by the water with live music. The parking is always challenging, it looked like there was only one person handling valet. My husband and I went for brunch on a Sunday. There was a lot to choose from on the menu which was nice. The calamari was good. My husband enjoyed the French toast with Nutella & bananas. I had the frittata which was mediocre. Tea and coffee cups had stains. We did feel rushed, the waiter didn’t ask us if we wanted dessert. Would probably return - not sure though.

We went for brunch but opted to get several appetizers for the three of us. The calamari and cheese platter were wonderful. We also got bread in honey with cheese. We all drank bellinis and everything was lovely.
The wait staff was attentive and cordial. We had a great time.

I took my Husband there for his birthday and it was an amazing experience. We sat by the water and enjoyed the beautiful view. The food was delicious and drinks right on point. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive to us during the whole time. Great live music as well. Will definitely return.

We always enjoy ourselves when we go here. You can't beat the view. The day we went was a beautiful day. We really enjoyed sitting there for a few hours.

I thought the food there was outrageous I had the sea bass special over top of spinach and garlic

The most beautiful location to feel like you are away on vacation while not being far from home. On lake mahopac the views cant be beat! The food was excellent and service great and the ambiance incredible. Thank you to the owner for seating us in a beautiful table by the water ...outstanding view. The hostess was once again was not accommodating. We made a reservation on opentable and the hostess told us we'd have to wait 1/2 because we didn't book directly with them. Luckily the owner stepped in immediately and got us seated right away. This restaurant is such a treat during these trying times and I would highly recommend going here.The hostess needs a lesson in customer relations but the owner is great !

Beautiful setting and superb setting. Our server Natalia went above and beyond to make our evening comfortable and enjoyable.

Great atmosphere, great drinks. Was chilly, so they put the space heater on for us. We were louder than usual, and they still treated us with great respect. 10/10 would recommend!
