The modern American steak house BLT Steak, emblematic of New York and Hawaii, opened its flagship restaurant in New York in 2004, and has since expanded into ten brands including BLT STEAK and BLT PRIME in a total of 15 different locations all over the world. Now the 16th BLT STEAK will open in Osala Umeda in June 2019.

A steak house with a bistro sensibility, BLT is famous for its piping hot popovers, prime rib steaks, fresh seafood, and sandwiches.

The BLT brand has received rave reviews, including a two-star rating from the New York Times, and a three-star rating from the New York Post, for its high quality service and heart-warming hospitality.

Between its main floor and mezzanine the Tokyo location has 151 seats, four private rooms, a bar while you wait, and terrace seats, catering to a wide range of dining scenes.

先日久しぶりに伺いました。以前とスタッフさんがずいぶん様変わりしたようでした。料理のクオリティは以前と変わらず問題なし。ステーキもとてもジューシーで美味しかったです。週末のお昼過ぎでしたが、満席に近い状態でした。しかしソーシャルディスタンスも保たれており、安心して食事をすることが出来ました。マスクケースもありがたかったです。天井もかなり高いので開放感があって、コロナ時代向けのレストランではないかと思います。厳しい状況下かと思いますが、頑張っていただきたいものです。ありがとうございました。

他のアメリカ由来のステーキハウスに比べるとカジュアルで気楽に来られます。サイドディッシュの量が多すぎないのも好きです。たとえばシュリンプカクテルはエビ4尾ですし、オイスターも1ピースから注文できますので、比較的色々楽しむことができます。ポップオーバーも発酵バターとの取り合わせが美味しくて大好きです。ステーキだけで言えば個人的にはウルフギャングやベンジャミンのほうが好きですが、それぞれによいところがあると思います。

赤ちゃんが泣いて大騒ぎしてたので結構うるさかったです。赤ちゃんで仕方ないとは言え…。高級店の雰囲気が台無しになるので年齢での入店制限など考慮して頂きたい。

妻の誕生日祝いの食事で使いました。雰囲気、食事ともに良かったです。食事後のバースデー用のお菓子をテラス席で頂きました。夜風が気持ち良く室内とは違う雰囲気で妻が喜んでました。一点だけ、妻のオーダーしたスープがこちらの言葉足りずで伝わらなかったのか提供されなかったのが残念でした。妻も美味しいと喜んでたので、また食べに行きたいと思ってます。

いつも美味しいお肉と共に美味しいワインをいただくのを楽しみにしているのですが、久しぶりに伺いましたらソムリエは辞めていて代わりの方は無し。また、初めてのお客様をお連れしたのでお肉をはじめお料理の組み立てを色々相談したかったのですが、以前いらしたメートル=ウェイターの方もいらっしゃらなくて、まったく相談になりませんでした。ワインもお料理も自分で選ぶしかなく大変残念でした。

結婚記念日のランチに使いました。音楽のせいなのか、スタッフの方の声のトーンの問題なのか、私の耳のせいなのか、スタッフの声が聞き取り難くて『えっ？』という場面が何度かありモヤモヤしました。料理の味や、焼き加減、味付け、肉質ともに良かっただけに残念な気分になりました。早く食べて早く帰らなきゃいけないのかなって思いました。料理はまた食べたいので行きます。

ウエイター、ウエイトレスの目が行き届かず、声を上げないと気付いてもらえないのは残念でした。お料理はや雰囲気、演出、部屋の温度、ノイズレベルなど心地よいものでした。

Very disappointed in the $200 tomahawk steak we had. It was over-cooked (well-done not medium). I notified the manager, but nothing was done. I've eaten here probably 20 times or more, and usually I have a good to great experience. Yet, when they fail so badly, they need to own their mistake and correct the situation. I don't gamble at this price point.
