"BLT STEAK OSAKA" will be "BLT STEAK", the third store in Japan and the 16th store in the world. A restaurant with a capacity of 120 seats, a bar, a large dining room and many private rooms. We offer "BLT STEAK" proud USDA (US Department of Agriculture) certified top rated prime grade steaks and popovers. BLT Steak Osaka is located on the first floor of "Hervis PLAZA", located in the east wing of "Hervis OSAKA" located in front of JR Osaka Station. とてもお得に周年記念コースをいただきました。おすすめはミディアムレアとの事でしたが、鉄板で提供される為、テーブルでも少し火が入ります。次回はレアで頼みたいと思います。

主人のお誕生日ランチに利用しました。コロナの影響でビュッフェはないとお電話で連絡があり、当日は代りに前菜の盛り合わせが出ました。お肉は、私はフィレ（ミディアムレア）、主人はリブアイ（ミディアム）を注文しましたが、焼き具合が逆になっていました。ステーキ屋さんなのに、こんな初歩的なミスあるのかしら？お肉自体は良いものでしたが、フィレが塩辛くて塩辛くて… リブアイは丁度良い塩加減でしたので、大変残念でした。デザート時、向かい席の方にはパン屑をお掃除されていたのにこちらのテーブルと2つ向こうの女性2人組は無し。ビュッフェが無い影響か、とても暇そうだったのに…なぜ？また、事前に主人の誕生日と伝えていたにも関わらずお会計を主人に渡してきたのでビックリ。預けていたコートを頂こうと思ったら誰もおらず、セルフサービス？でコートを取って退店。二人で15000円ほどでしたが、サービスも特に感動するようなこともなく、本当に残念。母に勧められて楽しみにしていましたが、悲しくなりました。

東京のステーキハウスは一通りお伺いしました。大阪では数少ないアメリカンステーキハウスですので少々期待を持ち過ぎたのでしょう。感動したとまではいきませんでした。飲み物のサービスをしてくださっていた女性はとてもあたりが良く笑顔で素敵でした。それ以外の方の接客はこのクラスのお店としてはお話のキャッチボールがやや不足気味のフィーリングを受けました。シーフードプラターはやや火が通りすぎでした。ステーキは平均的でした。

hawaiiのお店に何度か行ってますが、同じお店が出来たと喜んで行きましたが、ポップオーバーも味も違いお肉も？？でした。次回訪問は有りません。

電話応対も、接客も素人が多すぎてびっくりしました。折角の雰囲気と名前が勿体ないです。まだ、オープンしてから僅かと言えどもっと、プロが必要ですね。あと、愛想が良くないと！男性スタッフは、一人も笑顔の方居ませんでした。
