Blt Steak is a modern interpretation of the classic American steakhouse. Here, diners can experience steakhouse fare in a relaxed bistro atmosphere. While the steaks are the stars of the show here, diners should pay close attention to the wine list as well. Blt Steak has maintains an award-winning wine list with reds, whites and rosés from around the world.Blt Steak features both terrific steaks as well as fresh seafood dishes. Appetizers include jumbo shrimp cocktail, crab cake with Meyer lemon, roasted beets with gorgonzola, steak tartare and grilled double-cut smoked bacon with parsley, garlic and sherry. The big attraction here is, of course, the steaks, and here diners can choose between a 28-day dry aged New York strip, Kansas City prime bone-in strip, prime hangar steak and the 36 oz. dry-aged prime porterhouse for two. Blt Steak also serves famous wagyu steaks of various sizes as well.
