コロナ前によく利用させていただいていました。席に座った際に、バッグを置くカゴが店の端にあった為、テーブル担当の女性に「バッグを置くかごをもらっていいですか」と尋ねたところ、キツい言い方で「そこの椅子に置いてください」と自分の席から2mくらい先の椅子を指されました。そんな離れたところに貴重を置けないのでその椅子を自分の席に移動させようとしたところ、動かすなと言いたかったのか、「じゃあそっち使ってください」と反対側の3mくらい先の椅子を使えと指示されました。なぜ荷物用のカゴを使わせてもらえないのか、一番端のテーブルなのになぜ椅子も動かしてはいけないのか。普通、席から2,3m離れたところにバッグを置かせる店ありません。その後もとても感じ悪い態度で、何も言わずにメニューをテーブルに置いたり、よろしいですかとも聞かずにお皿を下げられるなど、久しぶりにBLTに来れたのに終始不快でした。ドリンクの注文も何度も繰り返したのに違うものが２つ来ました。怖いので言えませんでしたけど。

主人の誕生日祝いで伺いました。彼はbltのTボーンステーキが大好きなので、今年もお世話になりました。フィレとサーロイン、どちらも柔らかくてジューシーで、さすが♡とても美味しかったです。雰囲気もシックで落ちついて話もできますし、またスタッフの方も適度に気さくで、気遣いも自然で居心地よく過ごせました。また伺いたいと思います。

年末の忘年会シーズンでほぼ満席だったせいもありますが、接待でしたので取引先のお客様の声が聞き取れにくい状況でした。満席にも関わらずホールのスタッフの人数も少な目な感じで、ドリンクのオーダーもなかなか取りに来てもらえませんでした。ステーキは美味しかっただけに少し残念に思いました。

とにかく全てが待たされました。 1つ1つの料理と料理の間が 10分から長い時は20分くらい待たされていくらなんでも待たされ過ぎて連れの相手も時間をおいてしまったのでお腹も満たされてしまいメインが来たのは入店から1時間以上過ぎてました人手が足りないからなのでしょうか？料理について質問しても、分かりません。と、笑って行ってしまいました。メインは頼んだ焼き加減とは違い完全に焼き過ぎて固くパサついてしまってました以前はポップオーバーからステーキまで美味しく好きだったので何度か利用させてもらってましたが多分、もう人を連れては行けないと思います。

数年ぶりの訪問でしたが、食べ応えがあり、かと言って、飽きることなく、最後まで美味しくいただくことができました。ありがとうございました。妻への誕生日祝い花火デザートも、程よく、ゴージャスでもなく、貧相でもなく、ちょうど良い感じで大変満足しています。

The food and service was excellent but the a/c was too cold and made the steak and sides cold very quickly, since we were sitting by the window where the vent was located. If you fix your a/c the experience will be even better

ランチスタートが1330でお願いし、特に事前の案内がなかったので、まさか15時にでなければならないことを知らなかった。ワインボトルまでお願いし、もっとゆっくりと食事をしたかったです。予約時に一言案内が欲しい。お肉は抜群に柔らかく美味しかったです。

お料理、サービスはとても良かったです。一点気になったのはBGMです。何故か90-00年の洋楽ポップスで、お店の落ち着いた雰囲気とミスマッチでした。私達の席がスピーカーの真下だったこともありますが、音量も大き過ぎた気がします。夫婦での食事だったので問題なく、特にその場ではボリュームダウンをお願いしませんでしたが、大切な方とのお話には気が散りそうな気がしました。

赤味の熟成肉は、柔らくてお肉の味が深く、大満足でした。中が空洞になっているパン、それに付いているバターも最高に美味しいです。銀座店は客層も年齢が高いのもあり、とても静かです。お店自体も全体的に重厚感がありますので、静かにお食事をされたい方々にはお勧めです。

ステーキが美味しいのは勿論ですが、サービスのタイミングが絶妙でした。子ども連れだったのですが、個室を準備して貰えたので気兼ねすることなく食事を楽しめました。飲み物も種類が多く、選ぶのも楽しかったです。

私の誕生日を家内が祝ってくれた食事でした。何か最初からお店の皆さんが気をつかって頂いている雰囲気が伝わって来て感謝です。特にデザートプレートにお祝いのHappy Birthday の文字を入れていただき感謝でした。次は夜に大きな熟成肉を夫婦でシェアしながら食事したいと思います。もう一つ、ワインのセレクションは秀逸でいずれも美味しく頂けました。色々とありがとうございました。

Very disappointed. We have been to the restaurant many times and we are always very satisfied. This time, the service and food were all noticeably worse. We question whether new management has taken over . At this point we do not intend to return.

どれも美味しくいただきました。お店の方のサービスはとても行き届いているものでした。少なめにオーダーしたつもりでしたが、お腹いっぱいになりデザートを半分ずつにしたのですが完食できませんでした。ハワイでいつもはいくのですが、ポップオーバーの大きさが日本の方が大きく感じました。また伺います。

銀座で、エージング牛のステーキが食べれるお店です。ワインは「銀座価格」でお値段が高めですので、その点は、注意が必要です。雰囲気もいいので、気張るにはいいお店です。

まず予約時間に少し（5分ほど）遅れたにせよ、到着から10分入口で待たされる。予約の意味をなしていない…。メニューに関して、アミューズは良し、大きなパンはインパクトありで味も非常に良い。シーザーサラダに関しては、シェフは味見をしたのか？と思うくらい薄味で、二人とも追加でドレッシングをお願い。ビスク（スープ）はそもそもぬるく味も濃厚さは全く無い…。サラサラしていて、せっかくのビスクの良さスープでのばしすぎたのでは？と思った。Tボーンステーキに関しては、とても美味しくいただけた。しいて言えば、取り皿を熱々で提供してもらえたら良かった…。デザートに関しては次第点…。席の担当がとても良い方だったのが唯一の救い…。クリスマスプライスとは言え、トータル18,000円税別プラス10%のサービスTAX／人のクオリティは本当に無い…。銀座という立地とBLTと言うブランドが成せる金額で中身は本当に残念だった…。BLT銀座店にたぶんもう行くことはないとは思うが、期待を持って今後来店される方の為にも真摯に料理に向かうべきと思う。

豊富な前菜はシーフードもレベルが高く、日本人の水準でも新鮮な美味しさでした。シーフードの良さは白ワインで高められるし、白ワインを楽しむと赤ワインが更に美味しくなりました。もちろんステーキも満足でした。

ウェイターさんが、新しい人が多かった？と思いましたが、それぞれの立ち居地で仕事(サービス)をこなされていました。何よりも以前と変わらない美味しいステーキが食べれて、友人達と楽しい一時を過ごせました。素敵なお店です。友人がステーキの焼き具合を説明し、キチンとその通り、「血が流れ出ない赤みが残るミディアムレア」が出てきて、本当に嬉しがっていました！また行きます！

連れの誕生日祝いに行きました。食事はどれも美味しく、満足でした。雰囲気も良く楽しい時間を過ごせました。大人の雰囲気の食事が出来ました。ステーキの肉か、表面はカリッとしていて、中は柔らかい感じに焼いてありました。パンも中は空洞になってますが、1人一つは、私達でも余りました、焼き具合は良かったです。また、伺いたい店でした。

飲み物が高くグラスワイン1杯約二千円、お水が有料だとは思わなかったが、千円と明細が載っていてビックリでした。コースの料理をリクエストに対応しアレンジしてくれたのは素晴らしいサービスでした◎ 普通のパンではなくポップオーバーというオリジナルのパン？とか、目と口で楽しめました。 Tボーンは悪くないけど、ウルフギャングの方が美味かった気がします。

Thanks Givingのターキーを楽しむために2年続けて利用させていただきました。昨年に引き続き美味しいターキーをエンジョイすることが出来、付け合わせのローストビーフも美味しかったです。楽しみにしていた特製パンも素晴らしかった。また利用したいと思います。
