   The service did not meet my expectations when it came to billing and concluding the table. While apologetic to the issues concerned o felt management did not step up to resolve my issue. Unfortunately this will lead to us not returning, given the amazing Reataurant’s very close by to BLT it’s not a problem for us but I am left wondering that business ethics and approach will sustain this restaurant in the market place given the competitive environment.

   Food and service were very good. Both the ribeye and filet were cooked perfectly. Wish they had one or more “green” side items(just asparagus and cream spinach on menu) like green beans or broccoli. Would return again.

    Amazing place, with great atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was on point! The only reason I put moderate noise level was because there was a party next to us that was very noisy. However that is not the restaurants fault. And did not interfere with the restaurant’s experience.

    Trump Doral was beautiful and the staff were professional, from the greeters to the BLT staff. Our BLT experience was amazing: Luis Montejo and Juan Parra were outstanding servers. They were thorough and made our dining experience memorable on Valentine's Day! The manager visited our table and was very friendly. You have the feeling that Trump Doral hired the right person to manage BLT! The staff made us feel like VIPs! The food was delicious and the ambiance was great! We will be coming more often to bring our guests.

    The Doral is a nice property. Unfortunately, the restaurant is distinctly underwhelming & overpriced. The food was good, not great. I liked the bar. Portions were tiny. They ran out of the Wagyu AND the KC Strip were unavailable. Try the sports bar.

    This place has excellent food, for five-star prices. It was quite noisy, making it difficult to talk at the generous table. Really enjoyed our dinner!

    Very disappointed in the quality of food vs the price we paid. The cowboy steak was decent but the filet that was ordered was not nearly the quality one would expect. The service was very slow and the pricing was ridiculous. We will be moving on from this restaurant next year when we visit.

    The service was horrendous! Waiter claimed to be by himself, he wasn't. Food came out barely warm. At one point I couldn't get another drink if I was dying. It took ten minutes to flag him down and ask for the check. It took another 30 minutes and a request to another staff member to get the check. This was supposed to be a special night with my daughter and was ruined by embarrassingly bad service. I guess I need to spend more than $260 for dinner to get proper service.

    Much like most high end steak houses. Food was very good. Service was not great. We ordered two very nice bottles of cabernet and the waiter proceeded to drip wine on the table and seats after every pour. Even after mentioning this he continued to drip wine when pouring it. We had to tell him that we would serve ourselves.

    A top notch restaurant inside Trump Doral. The absolute best dining experience my wife and I have ever had, hands down. Our waiter, Walter, is THE guy to get. There when we needed him, full of great recommendations and personality. George, the manager, was gracious and incredibly personable. The General Manager, Sergio and Tim, the head chef are as gracious and humble as they come. Highly, highly recommended. Settle in and enjoy your time and experience. Cannot wait to come back.
