We had an amazing experience! The restaurant & hotel service was 10/10! Everyone was so kind & hospitable, food was amazing!

It was a wonderful evening. Dinner here is an event that few Washington restaurants can match. My waitress,Jamie, was a treat.

AMAZINGLY friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Steak and apps out of this world. Absolute pleasure of a dining experience! My girlfriend made love to me because she was so satisfied with our date night.

my steak was a little over cooked but still tasted Delicious. The lobster salad was a hit with my wife. I wish I would have tried the clothesline bacon...

Food: steak cooked perfectly; clothesline bacon obviously a can't miss; attention to detail with appetizer and popovers (butter comes unsalted, add your own sea salt); concluding with chocolate treat.
Customer service: exquisite from the server to the water gal. The attention to the customer is so appreciated.
Ambiamce: gorgeous decor, open environment

The prices was more affordable than I expected

We are visiting DC for my mother-in-law’s birthday and we had a blast at BLT Prime! The food was amazing and our waiter, Niko, went above and beyond with his service! He even gave us a free dessert with a sparkler to celebrate the her birthday. Such a great experience! We definitely recommend dining here!

Great food fantastic service

We just had to get out! BLT Prime is our favorite restaurant and we had not had a chance to visit since it reopened. We took the excuse of the Women's Invasion Cocktail promotion to make our reservaion. The cocktail looked good in the promotional flyer but we should have rethought -- gin, grapefuit juice, smoked honey -- it was pretty awful. But, my classic Martini -- Tanqueray, up with an olive -- was perfect! Service was amazing, as usual. Isaiah was attentive, personable, knowlegeable and supported by a talented staff. My date and I sarted with the Clothesline Bacon -- a house specialty that is not to be missed. We shared a delightful shrimp cocktail -- fresh, meaty, nicely chilled. The cocktail sauce was tangy with a great horseradish bite. And, of course we enjoyed the cheese popovers -- freshly baked and steamy hot. For entrees I chose the NY Strip amd my wife chose pan broiled scallops on a bed of pine nuts with miso. Both sounded so good we decided to share. When we expressed our choice to Isaiah, he offered to have the chef split it for us. What a wonderful idea! the presentation was excellent. Scallops were large, tasty, and melt-in-your mouth tender. The steak was cooked pefectly and our homemade surf and turf was quite pleasing. Isaiah recommended the delicious BV cab sav to compliment the steak and the wine as delightful. Roast asparagus and sauteed mushrooms and shallots completd the meal. We were too full for dessert and enjoyed a wonderful cup of coffee, with an unhurried conversation. Isaiah's timing throughout the meal was perfect and we relished our evening out.

My absolute favorite steak house in DC

I wish that I had known that this was located at a Trump hotel. Food was excellent but the connection with the former president was an unpleasant surprise.

I highly suggest BLT Prime in DC. The wait staff are impeccable and the Somelier, Dinesh was beyond helpful and fantastic to chat with. The food was great and ironically my wife got the chicken - and who would think the chicken could be better than chicken we had had anywhere else.

Oh my goodness, that has to be one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. That coupled with the fantastic service made for a lovely evening.
