LOVED IT. I am vegan, my sisters are not - all 3 of us loved everything we had. My sister (non-vegan) said it was the best Caesar salad she ever had in her life. Gnocchi was excellent, had several apps which were very good as well. Picatta was great, rigatoni was great. Little chilly near the door, but hey it's NYC in the winter. so try to get a table away from the door.
Rebecca and the staff that evening were exceptional. Knew just when to come back and check but gave us time to talk as we enjoyed the marvelous food. It is hard to believe you can get so full from eating Vegan!
Great Vegan restaurant. Best meal in NYC!
This was a disappointment. When I first walked in I was hit with the overpowering smell of some type of detergent. It stayed with us the entire meal. The price fixe menu for Thanksgiving consisted mostly of fried food. It was far too expensive for what we received.
The “risotto” was nothing more than bland, flavorless rice. This meal was not good.
We went for Thanksgiving and had one of our best meals. The sweet potato soup was very satisfying as was the beet salad .The cape cod cakes are a regular on the menu and should not be missed. For a main course we had the wonderful phyllo roulade; my hope is that the restaurant keeps it on the menu. For dessert we had the chocolate ganache which is addictive. The service could not have been better and this continues to be our favorite restaurant.
We reserved a table at Blossom for a thanksgiving meal. The service was great but unfortunately I wasn’t blown away by the food. We enjoyed the Chestnut soup, the stuffing and the filling of the shepherds pie. We found the desserts disappointing and far too sweet and the courses came out too quickly so it felt a little rushed. The wine was good. Overall, I felt it wasn’t quite value for money so I wouldn’t recommend blossom for a prie fix meal.
Lovely dinner. Great service. We were there for Thanksgiving and it was a delicious and comfortable experience for all of us. Will be back.
A bit pricey and while we enjoyed ourselves, the food overall was a bit disappointing, except the Sheppard pie and artichoke app which were very good
Good food and reasonably priced. Great service!
Excellent vegan meal, would recommend to vegans vegetarians and anyone else, very nice restaurant, not too loud
Awesome! One of the best in the country!
It was surprisingly good. The food was creative and tasty.
The restaurant was cozy and attractive.
The service was good but the server was not very friendly.
Was great! I have been wanting to go and I wasn’t disappointed. Brunch was amazing. We will be back
Beautiful, vegan, organic food with tasty food, excellent friendly service, cozy and unpretentious.
Had lunch for my birthday. Experience was wonderful from the food to the atmosphere. The service was also top notch.
Ambience was great, romantic and easy for conversation. Food was good but slightly lacking. The sweet potato dish was okay, but I wouldn’t get it again. $12 for 3 tiny balls of ice cream felt crazy, but we pay for the experience, right? I suppose.
I have always enjoyed Blossom at their various locations; I went there recently and ordered
the Moroccan Tangine which is nothing more than garbanzo beans, quinoa and spices
at $22.00 for the entree; Really, are you kidding me ? Nothing special about this dish and it can't cost more than $5.00 to make, including labor (does not require a chef).
One of the better places for share good food. The only one observation is about the noise.
The vegan menu had many options to choose from and I loved my meal. I started with ravioli with shiitake mushrooms and truffle sauce and a side of kale with butternut squash which was very tasty. I ordered the stuffed sweet potato with curry sauce which was delicious. The wine was fresh and crisp. I had tiramisu and a side of cappuccino for dessert . I couldn’t taste any espresso in the tiramisu or the wine that’s used to soak the ladyfingers but nonetheless delicious.
My wife and I celebrated my birthday at Blossom, after a Saturday matinee. We are both newly minted vegans, and were excited to discover this all vegan restaurant.
Our dinner was beyond all expectations.
From the crunchy delicious fried artichokes, to the blossom burger, and couscous, everything was delicious. Just plain good food that delighted the palate and satisfied our hungry appetites.
I truly believe that food lovers of all stripes would be happy here.
Despite being full, we managed to share some of their vegan cheesecake, which came with a candle in it for me. Amazing! A great find for this out of towner, or any one else.
Had a great brunch with my friends. They were so accommodating with allowing us to stay longer.
Interior is getting really dated. Still cute though.
The server was very helpful and attentive to my needs after I let her know that I have a tree but allergy. The food was very tasty. The restaurant is small but had a nice ambiance.
Very romantic dinner date location. Great food and ambiance that provides a great time. Amazing vegan food!!
We’ve eaten here several times , and once again had a great experience, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, service was quick and the food was great again. We’ll definitely be back
Wonderful vegan food, excellent service, very cozy space. I will definitely return.
Excellent! We were visiting from Ottawa, Canada, and this restaurant was recommended to us since I'm vegan. All I can say is......Amazing!!!
The restaurant was romantic and very chill, friendly staff. We had a beautiful window table. The prices weren’t bad for what you ordered and the building was very cool, nifty.
A really lovely restaurant with lovely staff. The food is delicious - don’t worry if you’re not vegan or vegetarian, you’ll love it.
There for my wife’s birthday. One of the best vegan restaurants in the city! Small townhome converted into restaurant. Noise is an issue, but we can overlook this minor issue. Very attentive waitstaff
Blossom is great~ We go for birthdays and graduation and other special occasions. Only suggestion is you should have free bread and some vegan butter on the table!
DELICIOUS!! Crazy yummy and wonderful friendly atmosphere.
First time diners and will definitely return. We made the mistake of ordering on an empty stomach and decided on entirely too much food. Great portions and service. Will definitely return next time we are in the city.
Anyone who thinks that vegan food is boring hasn't tried Blossom! The food was just mouth watering and delicious in every bite. I'm not even vegetarian or vegan, but I was SO glad I came here. I would definitely come back, and I've already told a number of friends about my amazing experience.
I recently transitioned to a whole food plant based way of eating. I chose Blossom primarily because I liked the menu, and because it was a convenient location for everyone in our party. The food and service were outstanding, and my omni family members thoroughly enjoyed their culinary experience. The only negative is that the restrooms are up a narrow, steep flight of stairs.
Love this place .. great vegan food.
Great find in Chelsea, the food was Outstanding and Great service. I think you would enjoy the food even if you're not vegan. Also a very good wine selection. Highly Recommend!
Great food, beautifully presented, lovely atmosphere.
Did not disappoint. It was wonderful.
Recommended! Good and interesting food, excellent service plus they take reservations. Also, I left my credit card behind and they were great about notifying me keeping it safe until I could pick it up!
