Bloomfield is a small and family-like restaurant in the heart of Outremont that has a contemporary cooking mindset; the dishes on the menu get their inspiration from around the world. You have the crispy socca found in Nice served with freshly toppings, the typical Mexican corn with mayo, pecorino cheese, chili and lime, a mediterranean lentil salad on top of which sits an octopus arm cooked to perfection, and the list goes on.

While the taste and the presentation is evidently important, we care a great deal about the quality of our dishes, that is why we pride ourselves in serving as much as we can organic, fresh and locally produced ingredients. The same goes for our wines which are chosen for their exceptional taste as well as for their ecological and organic production.

                            Great restaurant, delicious food, beautiful terrasse. The team needs to better communicate among themselves -- we had two different people coming to ask us questions and they hadn't checked with each other first. Overall though the restaurant is great and I would recommend it!

                            Three of us came close to trying the menu and it is excellent. Red lace, haricots vert, and shrimp in tomato water were perfect. Octopus, pork, and lobster dishes were delicious. Desserts were delectable. Needless to say we each sampled all of the dishes. We were offered a lovely white wine that went well with all of our selections. Superb!

                            We had dinner on their terrace and shared a couple of plates (mizuna, asperges, têtes de violon, cavatelli, porc et pieuvre). We also shared a lovely bottle of Austrian sparkling wine. Would definitely recommend!

                            Nous avons tous grandement apprécié tous les plats, et l'attention informée apportée à ceux sans gluten. Notre seul bémol est la petite taille des tables et les sièges majoritairement inconfortables.
