   We went for our anniversary and it was a great experience. The choice of food was good. The taste was very good. They provided recommendations and specials. They boxed up your leftovers for you and brought them back in a bag - that was excellent. We will be back for sure.

   We were really excited to try bloom. We tried to book for Mother’s Day but it was full so we decided to celebrate a week early. We were seated immediately. We waited 20 minutes before I got up asked for water. They apologized and the hostess brought water. We placed our order shortly after but it was well over an hour after that when we finally received our food. The weird thing was 3 other tables were seated after us and already had food and were almost done. Our table and the table next to us were baffled as to why this was happening. Out of our party of 7 only 2 people were able to eat their food. The other 5 plates were barely edible. I expect places to have off days but to have bad food and bad service combined is really hard to justify.

   They had none of the fish dishes that were in their menu. The server finally told us the restaurant’s supplier didn’t deliver their fish. We should have been told before we sat down or at least when the server greeted us & took our drink order. At least 50% of their entrees are fish. Very disappointing. This situation was not handled very well, obviously.

   Repeatedly dealing with a similar problem. Seated in a loud often interrupted area. Requested seating not honored, which is understandable at times. Repeatedly seated on the porch near hostess station. A mere 4 feet from people coming in the door and speaking with hostess. No one working there has the common sense to shut the doors to the porch for privacy from this area. Upon request, they did shut the door, but it was often opened and walked through by the hostess. and when the restaurant is very empty in the main dining room, why are we told that there is no seating available there? Why is the porch completely full and the dining room very empty? The porch is the least desirable place to sit because of the close tables and interruptions.It is loud and we are so close to other tables we can hear everyone’s conversation even if they shut the hostess door upon request. It seems as if the people working there either don’t care or are completely inconsiderate of making it a comfortable environment for people to enjoy a meal. Multiple people on the porch were thanking us for asking the waiter to shut the door when they should’ve thought of it themselves and they shouldn’t be seating so many people on the porch anyway! Food is good, Drinks are watered down. Please seat more people in the main dining room instead or move the tables apart on the porch and shut the door to the host station! We would come more often if this kind of service was presented.
