   I went to bloom on Saturday the 8th of January for my friend’s birthday we all had bottemless brunch. I can honestly say it’s the best place I’ve bin for the value for money the food and drinks were amazing. The waiter was service was fantastic they couldn’t help you enough. Great customer service to a lovely team. I shall be visiting again Regards becky

   My friend and I really enjoyed my visit to Bloom at Hanley. They serve good food which is reasonably priced and delivered with good service.

   We visited on New Years Eve for bottomless brunch and unfortunately on this occasion we did not feel that the service and value for money was as good as on previous occasions. We were sat for almost 20 minutes with an empty glass, with numerous members of staff standing and chatting at the bar. We were eventually helped by a lovely man (I’m guessing was management) who apologised and allowed us to have 2 drinks on our next round for the wait. We also had to ask to order our food, they did not come and ask us for our order which I thought was poor. Generally the place wasn’t half as busy as it has been on previous visits, but staff just seemed very laid back and not bothered. We got 5 drinks for the 90 minutes, however comparing to previous visits where we have had 7/8 it just seemed slightly disappointing. Would still return, but hope for better service next time.

   Went here with 3 kids before the pantomime at the Regent Theatre, booked because it was so close and there was food on the menu that the kids would eat. Wasn't sure if we'd be welcomed since it's a cocktail bar (but it was 3pm), but staff couldn't have been more friendly. We all enjoyed the food, and the adults were able to enjoy a cocktail as well! Will definitely go again.

    Key worker booked a table for 9pm after finishing a shift at 8pm to find out you stop serving food from 8:30, nothing on the menu or web site to say this. Not the greatest first impression.
