We have always had great food and service here but for some reason the food at the bee was off this weekend.

Loved the restaurant. Service was a little slow but the ambiance made up for it. It was smaller than I thought but it turned out to be a nice intimate vibe which was appropriate for the occasion. I would go again.

Everything was beautiful. The wait time between our first course and entree was quite longer than expected however.

Took some friends for a mini wedding reception. The staff went above and beyond to make it a special meal. Everything was exceptional!

Bloom and Bee has a great ambience. Beautiful restaurant decor inside of a nice hotel. I felt the food and drinks were lacking flavor and taste considering the price point. Also it would be nice to see more variety on the menu. The servers provided great service but to spend almost $200 on lunch and not feel full or satisfied when you leave makes me think twice about booking here again.

I didn't know about the no balloon policy but they were nice about it.

It is a beautiful place for a relaxing lunch or brunch. Everything looks perfect and the waiters are very nice. My only suggestion is that the staff never quite gets everything out on time. I asked for salt and pepper - took a while, asked for bread - never came out. It's the little things that they miss and I have eaten there at least 6 times.

We had a great time meeting up for a Christmas friend lunch. Our server was wonderful! He was attentive and kept checking on us but he wasn’t pushy. He didn’t rush us at all. We had champagne and a lilac lavender drink. Both were very good! And the lemon bee hive for dessert. It’s a must ! Not only is the presentation beautiful, it’s equally as delicious.

We love the restaurant, the ambiance is great and food is delicious—but the service is always lacking. I had to ask for my coffee three times, and had to request cream twice.

Great service. The waiter was incredibly accommodating to all of us. Will definitely be back.

We went for their special Thanksgiving menu and had a great experience! Food was delicious, portions were plenty, and the service was good. Only knock I have is that they took our main plate leftovers for packaging but never brought them back.

Thanksgiving

Had lunch on the patio with my husband, and we had a really good time with succulent food. The cold starters and the sushi rolls were very fresh and tasty, and the desserts were both beautiful and very good (Moka and the Hive were both amazing). It was so great, that we didn't even took the take to take pictures! One of the chefs (chef Philippe) nicely stopped by our table (with a mask, all safe here), and we could give him our positive feedback. We will definitively be back and recommend to our friends!

J’avais aperçu le patio depuis le H-Bar, qui paraissait joli: superbe surprise en entrant dans le Bloom&Bee, la décoration est magnifique, très romantique, surtout le merveilleux plafond sculpté en verre.
Ma réservation dans le patio n’avait pas pu être honorée, mais du coup le manageur d’équipe nous a offert des cocktails en dédommagement. Idem pour le vin choisi qui n’était pas dispo, remplacé par un autre de meilleure année ... parfait !
En résumé, le service est attentif à tous les détails, le client se sent privilégié... très agréable.
Les plats sont excellents, fins et quantités raisonnables.
Soirée à 2 pour 200$, c’est effectivement dans le haut du panier, mais le lieu est magique ...

It was my wife’s birthday. The service was excellent!. The food was really good and the Angel’s Envy Rye Old Fashioned I had was life changing.

Out of town guest

This was my second time here, went with my best friend this time. I appreciate Abel greatly because he remembered my hot tea preference from my last visit and took care of it a few minutes after being taken to our table. I highly value that level of service and one of the reasons why I’d come back here again.

It was our first dinner out since March and we were apprehensive. Everything went perfectly-tables well distanced, masks used by everyone and beautiful surroundings. The sushi was amazing. Our server Collin did a fantastic job taking care of us. Feel comfortable to do this again, now with grandkids.

Clean crisp salad with piquant flavors. We had the arugula and spinach salad with candied pecans, feta, and delightful pomegranates.

Mains included scallops with fennel salad, and a wonderfully seared salmon with brine, broccolini, and cauliflower on a bed of sweet potato.

The hotel four is expansive, contemporary, and vibrant.

For locomotive enthusiasts, the parade of fast cars parked outside the hotel makes the trip itself worthwhile!
