   Beautiful setting with so much light and warmth coming through. It would be just as beautiful during a thunderstorm! Service was great- very happy with our server! Food was excellent. The avocado toast was so tasty and the burger just as good! Will definitely be back!

   Don’t let older negative reviews impact your decision to go here. We had a great experience for brunch. The food was tasty, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant space is beautiful. All the windows let in tons of natural light. The food menu was slightly limited, but the items we ordered were very good. I saw other reviewers complaining about the reservation deposit. We had no issues with this. The deposit was refunded almost instantly after we arrived for our reservation. This restaurant is a gem and I hope more people realize it.

   This place is overly expensive for what you get. The food is good just over priced. They upcharge for EVERYTHING. We asked for a drink with rum in it, as the waitress told us we could order drinks off the menu. The waitress went back and checked for us and told us they had El Dorado rum, not telling us about the associated upcharge. We were thinking the drinks would cost around the price of the other drinks ($18). We were surprised when the bill came out to see that the price of the drinks were almost DOUBLE. They offered us extra bread for the steak tartar which was an extra $9....mind you, the bread was burnt! The waitress doesn't tell you any of this. Overall the food was good, just not worth the almost $300 we paid for it.

   Lovely setting, attentive service, delicious meal and exciting cocktails. We loved every aspect of our date night dinner. Beef tartare, scallops and duck were all outstanding and beautiful. Passionfruit tart also very nice. Don’t miss the passionfruit cocktail with bubbles, sidecar or espresso martini. Exceptionally good.

   I had to make a down payment for the reservation that was not applied against the bill. And none of the seafood was available on the menu. Otherwise an excellent experience.

   This was HORRIBLE! It was clearly a knock off to make money on the holiday. All the menu items were intentionally cold (my guess is because this isn’t a real restaurant so that made pre-prep easier to have a cold menu), first time I had ice cream as a second course. None of the staff or servers had a clue what was happening, everyone was awkward and un-attentive. I realized later it was because they were hired for the night and lost. It was extremely over priced. All of the promises of an event atmosphere and party favors for a festive night were fake, none of that happened. I feel extra bad for the “igloo experience” for a couple hundred extra, it was a plastic tent outside in the cold with a space heater and blankets. This whole thing was scam! All around awful.

   We waited about two hours just for the food. Plus the “Christmas eve dinner” special was forced on us even though I selected “standard reservations) when I was book the reservation.

   The Cider Pork Belly and Brussel Sprouts were amazing, Our waitress was not very personable and didn't come check on us. The drinks were extremely overpriced

    TL;DR: A donkey-show of failure and disappointment. I booked the Twinkling on the Terrace experience ($200 required minimum for 2 people) at and they absolutely failed to deliver. No Twinkling, no Terrace, no dining in the outside igloo. Poor service, flat champagne. Left as soon as we paid for drinks. When we arrived, the igloo was empty, dark and the terrace had not been cleared of snow. It was clearly *closed*. There was no hostess / greeter and the waiteress was confused when I asked about my reservation for the Twinkling on the Terrace experience. She went to get the manager. Someone came out who was dressed like a bounder, pointed and asked, "you want to sit out there?! We're not ready for that." I politely declined and said we would sit inside. Then a man in a suit came out and started questioning me about how I booked the reservation, when I booked, why I didn't call, did I pay, etc. Hello? It says I booked it *in your system!* OpenTable has the reservation. The manager gave more excuses and then blamed me for "not calling and speaking to anyone there ahead of time." I'm sorry, what? And, I *did* call twice and was punted back to the hotel front desk both times. This was supposed to be a very romantic evening with my date. Instead it was a donkey show. Still, we sat inside and ordered drinks. The restaurant had only 2 other small parties (of 4 and 2) so it was EMPTY! The drinks took an eternity to arrive - we had to ask 2x if the order was put in. Then the champagne was flat. It was a very disappointing experience. We decided to leave and walk 3 minutes to another high-end restaurant that knows how to serve its patrons with excellence and alacrity. Advice to Blondette: when YOUR system allows someone to book a premier, expensive experience, and YOU are unable to deliver, DO NOT blame the patron. We will not be going back.
