I celebrated my 30th birthday with my twin sister and our parents here. The service was great, Kenzie changed my parents drinks upon request in a timely fashion. The food itself was delicious! I highly recomment the short rib, fish and chips and scallops. The desserts could be better. They don't have ice cream at all even though most of the desserts need it.

The service and ambiance was absolutely wonderful. The food was delicious, however, it was pricey. $76 for brunch is high. My friend’s sangria was $21!!!

I liked the vibe there. It felt like I was having dinner in a high end night club, which was cool for me. I tried the signature cocktail and appetizer, both were good. I had the pepperoni hot honey pizza as an entree which was delicious. I will definitely return to try more dishes and cocktails

I loved the atmosphere , the waiter Cam was very attentive,I was disappointed with the roasted chicken breast entree however the manager & chef were very accommodating with swapping out for a different selection. My favorite dish were the lamb lollipops (alittle pricey) $35 for 6 .

My previous five star ratings say it all. I’m planning a 10 person birthday for late January. The only glitch was the bar being low on product. The two of us went with second choices, makers mark vs Jack Daniels and Bacardi white vs coconut rum.

Brunch was delicious! We ordered the Challah French Toast & the 3 Egg Lobster Omlette. Both entrees were very good. DJ Jay Claxton played hit after hit and created a festive vibe which allowed most of the guests to interact with each other and enjoy the experience.

BLK Swan was an Amazing experience all Around. I am so big on customer service and there CS was Top Tier. The waitress was so patient, very kind with us all and the manger Kevin was Exceptional making sure that everything was perfect for my daughter’s Sweet Sixteenth surprise dinner. The food was Amazing, every single thing we ordered was delicious, seasoned to perfection, and nice sized portions!! We Loved it so much and will be returning soon!

I really enjoyed the ascetic as well as our waiter, and the drinks. However, the host was extremely unpleasant and visibly irritated. The food was either underdone or overcooked even within the same dish. I don’t mind paying for good quality food, but I expect it to be cooked properly, especially high ticket food items such as lobster and lamb chops.

This was my 2nd experience at Blk Swann and I still wasn't impressed. Maybe it's because I'm older and the restaurant is geared towards the younger crowd. I was there supporting friends, but I'm not eager to return. The music is so loud both times I've been, to the point where you can't hear the person across from you. In addition, I've traveled internationally, locally and within the US, and the prices plus portions for a fine dinning experience are overrated. The staff is unprofessional and they never answer the phone if you have question prior to arriving. I called 7 times and only went through an automated system and never received a human voice on the phone. The dress code posted doesn't coincide with what I saw when I arrived. With my first experience, my date was dress accordingly to the rules and the hostesses made a huge deal out of what he was wearing and once we were finally able to get in, we saw several men dressed down that weren't "dressed " properly in compliance with the dress code. I've been to elite establishments and this one is based upon who you are and who you know and not about a fine dinning experience. I'm dissemination because it's a Black owned black operated restaurant and I want to support them. I didn't leave this message to be mean, I'm leaving honest feedback based upon my experience.

The energy was there. Great music. Great vibes. HOWEVER, the service was terrible. I’ve noticed a trend where when auto-gratuity is included, the servers don’t exceed expectations. She came once to ask about drinks and apps. We ordered. They were dropped off - took her a while to come back and ask about our entrees. Took everyone’s order (5people). The food itself took about 35 minutes to come out. Food was dropped off by the food runners and we didn’t see our server until our plates were picked up and the table was empty. We didn’t get a chance to order alcoholic drinks. Upon receiving our food, only 3/5 got our entrees , and the other 2 people had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Food was about a 3/10. Vibes were immaculate.

The good: The food was very delicious. Everything that came out to our table was so good. Service was great. The bad: Still left hungry though. Pricey establishment. Overall I would recommend this place if price isn't a concern of yours.

The food was very tasty & good. Our waitress was awesome despite you can tell they were short staffed. The food came out in great timing. The welcome staff at the front door needs some organization. My salmon was cooked extremely too hard, but was replaced with another order of lamb (my choice) didn’t want to chance the salmon again. But overall I really enjoyed it. And recommend!!! I will def go again

I booked a reservation for 8 ppl for my bday dinner . I was highly upset to drive 54 mins and was unable to get where I wanted . I ordered the ribeye steaks which the waiter told me they had ran of of ! Smh how do you run out of a steak !! I ordered a chicken box which I did not eat the chicken was horrible taste like dish liquid . My entire party was disgusted with their food . The waiter was not so pleasant. Even omw of my guest order was messed up . No one came back to see if we needed more water. No one mentioned we had to pay for the 2 bottles of water it was not complimentary . The bill was not worth it and I will never go back ! I did not expect this .

Great ambiance. I did brunch with a DJ. The chicken and waffle looked amazing. I had the crab cake Benedict. Unfortunately it was quite basic and was a small portion so it left me hungry...no side came with it. The deserts were also small portions but delicious.
