   Blk Swann was everything that we imagined it would be. Service was absolutely amazing. Our waitress was top tier. The food was excellent and I am still trying to decide what was better, the stuffed shrimp, the lamb chops or the Brussels sprouts. Overall, I had an enjoyable dinner experience and plan on going back sometime soon.

   The service was great. Our waitress was very informed and helped us with everything. The ambience was great as well, great music and artwork. The food TASTED great, very well seasoned! The only issue we had was the portions were small for the price.

   Good is , good lamb chops are my go to with lobster Mac and cheese. Others in my party has the salmon which was described as bomb. Definitely recommend this place.

    Nice, chill atmosphere and I’m def looking for excuses to come again (I live in PG County). Everything was plated good. The bass was “aight” but as a chef I know I can be too critical aka petty sometimes. I’m def jacking the marshmallow popcorn appetizer thou. Our server(s) were on point too. We left right arnd 7:30 on a Friday just as ppl started to really come in. I can assume if they do a happy hour it’s off the chizzain.

    I thought I would be able to enjoy brunch but I found out it’s only served on Saturday and Sunday. I was still able to enjoy my lunch which was fresh and delicious. Service was very polite and attentive.

    My husband and I went here to celebrate my Birthday, and hands down this was a great experience. Our waitress was wonderful, the food was delicious, we had the shrimp crab cake and calamari for our appetizers .. and our entrees we had the lamb and braised beef short ribs with Mac as the side. The drinks the blk swan and PWA did not disappoint. Let’s just say the bartender was not stingy at all with the liquor lol. Overall the atmosphere was a great vibe and we will definitely be back again the next time we visit Maryland again

    Everything was great. Prices for the drinks were outrageous. Would never order again. Never in my life have I paid $28 for one drink. Ambiance was amazing. Great music. Unfortunately if you want to dance to a good song there’s a guy that walks around and tells you to stop. Smh. Not sure why when you’re enjoying yourself.

    Nice area of Baltimore. Nice upscale decor. Food was really good and drink menu was unique. You only get 90 minutes are your table but service was so slow we had to ask the server if we were going to have enough time to eat. To be fair this was Saturday night during Preakness. There were only 2 restrooms for everyone staff and patrons which made for a long line and of course they ran out of toilet paper and towels in the bathrooms. I think if you came on a random Tuesday it would be a great experience all around. The food did make up for all the other challenges.

    The place feels like a nightclub instead of a restaurant. The music was extremely loud throughout dinner and we requested to speak with the manager. For several reasons but for the most part to have the music volume turned down. This is not a place I would recommending for a quite dinner date. The food was just okay. There was two bottles of wine to choose from on the wine list and apparently they ran out of bread. Our reservation, was at 6:15pm but we weren't seated until 6:30pm. Again, there were several things that were unusual to me but I guess I was expecting Black excellence.

    Loved the food! LOVE the music, But by 8pm, the music was so loud discrete dinner convos were not possible. Maybe turn up at 10 pm, when everyone is out to party vs dine.

    Proteins came out hot but sides weren't warm at all. Server was not attentive and never offered us the complementary snack. For the prices I was expecting to be wowed. The DJ was good but the place felt like a crowded club, spacing is very tight. We were careful to abide by the dress code but saw quite a few people who clearly weren't doing so. Had I known I could wear sneakers and still be let in I would have worn them. Very underwhelming experience. Won't be returning.

    Customer service was really on point! My daughter had a graduation on this day and she was acknowledged by most employees. This place is really well kept and the food was delivered quickly. Our server (Kenzie) was phenomenal. The entire staff makes you wanna come back honestly. The food was really tasty and they have a wide variety of drinks and specials. I would highly recommend this establishment and I will surely be back!

    I know all the reviews say it is loud, but it was crazy. Could not hear the people at our table. Especially on a holiday, it was unnecessary to be that loud. The food was excellent but I would not go back.

    Love the energy at Blk Swan. The DJ was spinning hot music. It's a party! If you're looking for intimate conversation, perhaps this is not the spot. Food was delicious and drinks were outstanding. Service was so so but it was Mother's Day. We had a fantastic time.

    Our waiter could have been more attentive. It wasn’t really crowded. Very good food and vibe. Definitely would go again but hopefully a different waiter. Also the check in wasn’t that great not sure if because we were 20 mins late including Grace period they give u 15 mins it was 1-2 mins after that due to parking the hostess sat us in back room. It was still nice however with a not so crowded space we should have been able to get better eating!!!!!!

    Our first dining experience at BLK Swan and the service, as well as the food made it an enjoyable one. its a busy place but they were able to provide us with a table after we arrived late for our reservation due to unplanned events. The staff were accommodating, courteous and engaging. The menu was varied and the food was delicious. Especially enjoyed the DJ, music selection was nice! We saw a variety of folks enjoying the space and celebrations of all kinds, especially in our case, Mother's Day.

    The restaurant’s ambiance is top notch. The staff are welcoming and professional. The food was well seasoned with large portions. The drinks were full bodied, and mixed perfectly. We brought our 86 year old mother and 80 year old father to brunch on Saturday, the only critique is the volume of the music. The DJ had a good mix but it’s very loud which makes for difficulty having a conversation. However, they were very impressed with the restaurant and said they would come back 🙌🏾. I highly recommend this dinning experience, can’t wait to return for dinner.
