   Took my wife out for Mother’s Day and I must say I’ve been to blend a million times but yesterday was just horrible my wife was very disappointed. Took us a hour and a half to get our food and our appetizez. The people sitting next to us got there food b4 us and they been there not even 30 minutes. When we got our food it was cold and we heard plenty of people complaining about the same thing. Now I love the food at blend but yesterday service was just horrible our waitress sees us sitting there for so long and didn’t even see that we ain’t get our food or do anything about. When we did ask about the appetizers a hour and a half later she says oh they ran out of it. Like when was you gonna tell us this.

   This is my second time here still sitting had reservations for 5:30 got a text at 5:08 when I was on my way already that kitchen was closed so time will be 6:15 so didn’t sit till 6:35 waited and hour for appetizer asked for extra sauce in meal told me no it’s prefix menu so you can’t have extra sauce . Order Pernil didn’t come out how I had before just not pleased at all with this food was not even good !! Waiter was horrible not even friendly basically told us I had to deal with what I got ! Clearly this place doesn’t work well under pressure and bathroom are dirty!

   I have been to the blend restaurant 3 times already today was my 4th time i came to celebrate mother's day with my mom in law let me just say my mother's day was a disaster not only did I lose my mom a couple months ago and having that already on my mind my reservation was for 5:15 pm today i recieve a text message at 5:10 pm 5 minutes before my reservation saying the kitchen is closed for a hour and 15 minutes so not only did we have to sit outside and wait when we finally got seated over an hour later the mother's day menu had chicken skrewers which I ordered and then was told they only had beef then they served me the wrong drink a virgin pina Coloda and then come 15 minutes later saying we gave u the wrong drink by that time i was already frustrated then after a whole hour past I asked where's my meal i never received it I even asked the manager still didn't receive my food after waiting 25 more minutes I asked the waiter what is going on i told her I have witnessed 4 other tables that came in after us receive food however they were complaining to another table even left the waiter said it's okay to leave and she's sorry she couldn't do anything for me for mother's day. This was my worst experience what a mother's day.

   I had a horrible experience especially for Mother's Day . The restaurant pushed back my reservation time 2 hrs due to lack of kitchen staff . I was told by staff that the kitchen staff up and left and they were waiting for addition staff from other locations to come and fill in. They finally called my reservation only to tell me that my seating area was not clean so I end up waiting an additional 20 minutes. When the food arrived the waiter accidentally drop the plate which in turn had liquid all over the table with no apology. I asked for water before my meal came and I did not receive it. I ordered chicken skewers and was given beef. Then to top it all off my phone fell in between the seat in a space that can not be reached so staff had to get a hammer and saw to retrieve my phone . I payed $70 a person pre- fix that I do not believe was worth it for skewers and salmon with asparagus / mash potatoes . I always heard great things about Blend but this was the worst dining experience I ever had. The manager told me that things happen and that no one is really at fault which was absurd to me.

   Absolutely the WORST dining experience I’ve ever had. I had a reservation at 3:10 PM and didn’t receive my food until 5:23 PM—over two hours later, and it was served cold. To make things worse, they ran out of rice (at a restaurant!) and replaced it with French fries without even informing us ahead of time. My goddaughter was so hungry she ended up in tears. It was heartbreaking. When I spoke to the manager, he told me he had contacted the owner, who flat-out said he didn’t care that they couldn’t accommodate their customers. That kind of attitude is unacceptable. I’ve never felt more disrespected or disappointed. I will be posting the videos of this experience on social media, and I strongly urge others to think twice before supporting this place. Shameful.

   Food was cold service was very slow. Restaurant wasn’t so busy for that to be an excuse

   Blend is one of our favorites that we rotate in regularly. The food is always amazing. I can always count on a perfect margarita. My wife only has the churrasco skirt steak, and I rotate the same and filet minion or Pirnil. The food is always perfectly cooked and seasoned.

   It was very hot throughout our entire experience . All orders were brought out within 20 minutes of each other . The waitress was nice and was overwhelmed . I use to Love coming here but, I will move on to the sistas to Blends Williamsburg ☹️

   Too loud, tacos were very poor quality and cold, will not be back.

    Very vibrant lively Miami Style. Service was good and food as well. Great date night not to mention the water is a block away
