   Nina was an amazing server!! Dinner was great and the food was so tasty, everything came out so quickly too

   It had been several years since I last dined at Blend on the water so I chose to make a reservation there for my birthday dinner. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and shown to our table which had a nice view of the water and skyline. Lina our server came right over and took our drink orders, which were delivered promptly. My party of 3 opted for an appetizer of Mussels, the Pollo a la Plancha and 2 orders of Arroz con Mariscos. Food came out quickly and everything tasted great (the sauce the mussels were in was SO good). Coconut Tres Leches cake for dessert was a great choice. We enjoyed how serving it warm enhanced the flavors. Imagine my surprise when Lina came out singing Happy Birthday with a sparkler and some passion fruit shots! What a sweet, unexpected touch. All in all a great birthday experience.

   Excellent customer service. The happy hour drinks were great and the salmon was delicious. I loved the mashed potatoes that went with it and i can’t wait to come back again
