The chef, Marc Roca, offers excellent Catalan cuisine in this fashionable eatery. The décor at Blau BCN is simple but welcoming, inspired by the blue seas of the nearby Costa Brava. The contemporary dining room is decorated with blue walls and black and white photos, while the Catalan menu focuses on treating ingredients with the care they deserve to maximise flavour while losing none of their intensity. We arrived at the restaurant at the proper time and it was closed. The reservation should not have been taken.

Delicious and delightful. The flavor profiles were lovely and food quality excellent. Service was first class, and our expectations were surpassed. Definitely worth it. Great experience, i would go again if I have the opportunity.
