Under Head Chef Sam Owen, Blas Restaurant uses produce sourced from predominantly Pembrokeshire and Welsh suppliers, as well as foraged ingredients from the surrounding countryside and coast.
Located in Wales first contemporary art hotel and former windmill, Twr y Felin in St Davids, Pembrokeshire; Blas Restaurant is an ambient space, with mood lighting, bespoke handcrafted furniture and features specially commissioned artworks from Welsh, British and International artists.
Blas Restaurant prides itself on accommodating guests with dietary requirements, including gluten intolerant, coeliac, vegetarian, dairy free and vegan diets.

Very good meal with unusual mixtures of ingredients. Quite pricy but the food was better than expected. Staff were lovely. Interesting paintings on walls!

First visit to the Blas Restaurant. The hotel itself is impressive - the art especially. However staff who were very pleasant I think need further work. I thought we were left a bit too long in the bar area after ordering food choices and drinking cocktails - the restaurant was not overly busy. Staff seemed disorganised - bar staff missing(?) and then another customer could not have the gin she wanted as the bottle on the shelf was empty and had not been replaced. For a hotel of this standard this needs improving. Food when it came was nicely presented.

Holiday dinner with our children - as usual this was an outstanding dinner with knock out service!!!! Great to come back a year later and the standards to be as high as we remembered!

A beautiful building with outstanding décor and romantic, ambient lighting. The staff were polite, attentive and courteous, and service was fast. Each meal had been prepared with great attention to detail, they were aesthetically pleasing with tantalising flavours. We attended as a couple, celebrating a birthday, and recommend a visit to Blas Restaurant as a rare treat.

Lovely food. Very quiet. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Happy to make recommendations and advise, very cheery and happy to have a joke. Highly recommend the food and in my opinion flawless.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. From the beginning until the end, I enjoyed the food. Also the staff was really friendly and helpful. If I didn’t know which wine to take with my food, one of them helped me out. We were supposed to eat there only one evening, but soon we decided to also eat there the next day

Excellent food with very creative use of flavours. The desserts were particularly interesting and enjoyable. Service was good. Ambience was a bit weird with fairly ghastly artwork we had to try not to look at in order not to spoil the digestion.
