Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients.     Excelente experiencia como en Blanco Castelar como Blanco Colima! Deben probar los esquites con chicharrón de rib eye… y la malteada de carajillo, sin dejar atrás sus alcachofas con esa vinagreta espectacular

    Totoaba al carbón deliciosa, también el risoto de hongos. Servicio amable. Estuvimos en un privado, lo cual disminuyó el ruido ambiental, agradablemente.

    We had a wonderful time at Blanco Colima. Cool vibe with DJ and food and service were amazing! They prepared a vegan meal for me and my friends raved about the tuna tostada!

    Hice una reservación para una cena de pareja y me asignaron una mesa en el pasillo del primer piso, creo que faltó algo de tacto, e incluso vi como otras parejas pasaron por la misma situación, tratando de pedir que los cambiaran de lugar.

The setting is breathtaking — a beautifully restored Porfirian mansion with an atmosphere that balances elegance and ease. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the care and attention we received from Antonio, our server. His service was nothing short of poetic — attentive, graceful, and full of heart. He anticipated everything we needed before we even asked, and made the entire afternoon feel like something out of a film. The food? Impeccable. Every dish was a symphony of flavor and intention. Easily the best meal of our entire trip — and perhaps, of our lives. Blanco Colima isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a memory in the making. Don’t miss it.

    Si me preguntan, este es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos de la Ciudad de México. Una casona extraordinaria, la atención fue excelente, sin abrumadora. Pedimos el pescado, agrandado, tostadas de atún, agua, chile todo está muy bien.
