Situated in the heart of la Roma, Blanco Colima is a restaurant located in one of the most iconic buildings of the end of the Porfiriato with an unbeatable architectural framework. A space opened to culture, art and gastronomy.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

Amazing experience! We had a larger group and were seated in a private room which was very nice. The food was all amazing! The small plate highlight was the tuna tostada! All the mains were amazing as well as the dessert. I would highly recommend!

Blanco Colima es el lugar perfecto para algún cumpleaños, aniversario u ocasión especial. Desde la arquitectura del lugar, el ambiente tranquilo, la comida excelente, sabor, presentación y porción. Sin lugar a duda un lugar al que regresaría pronto, me encantó.

Blanco Colima is a beautiful setting with incredible crown molding and high ceilings. It feels like dining in the Gilded Age. However, the food was not nearly as good as food we had at other restaurants in Mexico City except that the Duck Ravioli was very good. The Crispy Octopus tasted terrible. The rest of the food (aguachile, white fish, steak frites) was fairly bland. Additionally, they did not have any of the wine available that was listed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Caro y malo. La ensalada con palmitos se veía que todo era de lata. El servicio excelente, pero la comida cara y mala. El corte de carne estuvo bien a secas y la pasta medio malona. No volveré.
