Always a wonderful place to dine -- especially if one is in the Catalina Foothills area. It's any easy drive from just about anywhere in the Tucson metro area. Loved sitting outside while other northern or east coast states are shivering their so called timbers (old Maine expression). I noticed prices have gone up a bit. Understandable in this economy. Food is still/always good and we enjoyed our entrees. Top quality ingredients and generous portions. We always recommend Blanco to friends and family. Fox Concept Restaurants are some of the best in the Tucson metro area. Keep up the good work and compliments to the kitchen staff. Merry-merry!

The tortillas were raw and we were all served at different times (long waits). Waiters were understaffed trying their best. Very disappointed.

We sat outside. The overhead heaters made it very comfortable. Without, it would have been too cool. We were early. Not too busy, so quiet, which we appreciated. Food was excellent, better than previous visits. Servers and staff excellent, too.

Been to Blancos so many times and food has gotten worse than last time I was there in July. I ordered chicken bowl. It was terrible. The shredded chicken didn’t have much flavor and was just wet and mushy. I bit into a decent size chicken bone and also had some small pieces of bone too. I could have lost a tooth. The bowl had black beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream and pico with lettuce. My bowl under the meat, rice and beans had a puddle of water . No one bothered to drain the lettuce and just threw wet leaves in my bowl! I was there in July and it was also terrible food. The money they charge for a bowl or salad bowl is overpriced since there is hardly any food in it. My friend looked at it and said there’s no food in that bowl it’s practically empty! Our waiter was okay but he really didn’t do much after I told him my food had a bone an a puddle of water in it. He should’ve tried to make it right, but the manager did come by later and she comped my meal. But that was not what I wanted. I wanted tasty food. Last time I will dine there.

Excellent lunch, sat on the patio, chips and salsa were really good, the queso dip was awesome. Server was super Nice and attentive, the meals were all great, chicken tinga bowl, Carne Asada burrito and carne Asada Tacos. All were very very good.

Service and Food very good. The kitchen is open so customers can see it and floor was a mess. Very dirty with food, chips all over the floor. Not good to see that.

Staff was lovely and service just fine, food was way, way, wayyyy too salty and a bit on the pricey side, but not terrible for portion sizes. Some interesting dishes but did not let the food speak for itself due to overpowering salt. Hard to compete with other great Mexican restaurants in the area. Ambiance is great, I would come back for happy hour or if invited by others, but will not go back on my own.

The food was very good and server Marlon took good care of us. It appeared the servers assist each other with various aspects of their jobs. The only thing I would comment on was that it was noisy, even out on the patio. That said, we enjoyed our meal there, and will be back!

Food service was extremely slow. Server not that attentive. Food was delicious, though, and manager acknowledged problems we encountered and offered amends, which were greatly appreciated.

Service and ambience is nice. If you want good Mexican food this is NOT the place. Pretty tasteless food overall with absolutely no spice level at all. Tried Tacos, Enchiladas, Chimichanga and Queso and they were all equally bad. About 50 better places in Tucson to go for Mexican food that I can name off the top of my head.

The hostess was visibly irritated with us and we could see her talking poorly about our table with another employee because we had to change our reservation size (side note, the restaurant had numerous open tables inside and out). Our server was great and the only saving grace as the food took forever to come out.

I really like this place. Nice terrace. Lively, good vibe! If I have any complaints it would be "Spicy" and "salty" but hey I'm from Chicago and I don't eat spicy that often. Cheers

We always love to go to Blanco to celebrate birthdays! The food was delicious as always and of course the margaritas were amazing!! I had the skinny margarita and it was so good. Great place, never disappoints.

Our service was great! Our waitress was very attentive and polite. However, it may be a while before I go back since my food was not what I was expecting. I like Blanco's tacos but first they made them wrong and I had to send it back. Then when I got them they were rather dry and didn't have much flavor. I've eaten there several times before and it was fine but it was disappointing this time.

I had cold shrimp tacos served twice only to have the manager walk up and say,”so you’re having food troubles?” Yes, if you consider cold shrimp in your tacos trouble. I ordered chicken fajitas instead. We didn’t receive any apologies from anyone. The manager was rude and the server was very non-existent for the rest of our time. Due to the unfriendly treatment and cold shrimp it will be along time before we go back.
