Love eating at Blanco before a show at the Ryman - fast service and just a quick walk around the corner. The Cheese Crisp with rib meat was AMAZING! Also enjoyed the grilled fish tacos.

Great food and drinks. Had two margaritas and the chopped chicken salad and everything was delicious. I hate that parking is such a ridiculous task but the restaurant does validate for a DISCOUNT. Overall, service was decent but the ambiance, area and drinks were highlights for me here. Be prepared for the downtown crowd if you go on the weekend.

I have dined and frequented downtown for years, and I have dined at this location multiple times. I have also visited other Fox Concept Restaurants. This service was the most poor that I have had in a long time. I dined alone because I had been in the hospital all week with a dying relative and wanted to just get out for a nice meal. I was first sat at a table but was then later told I needed to move so I was sat at the bar. The bar was not busy, many open seats, but it took a more than reasonable amount of time before the guy acknowledged me. He never told me his name, he asked me if I knew what I wanted so I ordered a cocktail and my entree. The cocktail was a smashed watermelon margarita and I have ordered this each time I have visited. This was not made as usual. Someone else brought me my entree. Not once was I offered a glass of water or chips and salsa like the rest of the guests at the bar. The guy at the bar never checked on me, never made sure my food was correct, or even acknowledged I was there. He spent time talking with others ladies at the bar. I paid for my meal with the check that was placed in front of me. This was the only other interaction he had with me. I understand that I was a party of one but I had a tough week and I don’t feel like I was welcomed or acknowledged as a guest. I left there disappointed in this guy (whoever he was) and disappointed in a restaurant that I have brought friends, out of town guests, coworkers, and others to visit. One of the worst experiences and don’t plan to be back soon.

If you like super loud restaurants where you can’t even hear yourself or the people at your table, then this is the place for you. Margarita’s are pretty good. My fish tacos were very good. The rice and beans arrived cold. Service was great. However, we are tired of Nashville restaurants and their tiny tables we can’t even fit our plates in. Their window seating looked very nice but it is only for big groups. All the booths are for like 6 people. Couples get the terrible tiny table seats with a view of a plain wall. We expected better.

It was an average experience and higher pricing because of the location. Drinks were good but there was nothing super special about this location and it was extremely loud. I would recommend heading a few streets off Broadway or 12 South for our next adventure out.
