Blanco Castelar is located in Emilio Castelar 163, in the iconic Casa Domit. The restaurant opened its doors in June 2017 and since then it has managed to become one of the best restaurants in Polanco. Combining the architectural beauty with art and culture, this restaurant is one of the hotspots of the area.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

    Blanco Castelar is really an inique and special place. The restaurant is beautiful and located in the iconic Polanco neighborhood. The food is elaborate and delicious. It is an idel place to dine with a date, priends or with family.

    Lo disfrutamos muchísimo al principio, un problema con el ruido que parecía muy elevada la música para hacer las cuatro de la tarde, sin embargo, Francisco se encargó de qué tuviéramos una experiencia memorable, recomiendo ampliamente lugar y les agradezco sus atenciones
