   We were a group of 8 and it was the first time there for all of us. Rachel was a phenomenal hostess. The whole experience was outstanding. Beautiful restaurant and super friendly staff. Most importantly, the food was exceptional - especially the steaks. We ordered a wide variety from the menu including appetizers, sides, and desserts. Everyone enjoyed their selections. We will definitely be going back.

    For the first time we had to wait about an hour for our main course. It was Mother’s Day so maybe overloaded, but we’ve been there on busy days. Anyway…great food, and RACHEL is a fabulous server! She melts is going with refills of water, coffee, and bread! 😊

    We ate at the bar at Blackstone's on Mother's Day. The bar itself wasn't overly crowded as our reservation was 4:30. We had a drink, no appetizer, and ordered pretty quickly and didn't receive our dinner until a little after 6pm. Now, I realize it was a holiday, I realize the kitchen was probably very busy. However, the people sitting next to us at the bar put their order in at the same time as us, and had their doggy bags to go home by the time our dinners came. Nobody apologized, nobody really mentioned anything about it to us. Though the food was wonderful (but I expect that with the prices they charge) - There is no excuse for the amount of wait time or the fact that nobody apologized or was at all attentive to us.

    We had a wonderful Mother's Day early-afternoon lunch. The noise level was likely a bit higher than usual (it was packed), but, overall, we really enjoyed it and would certainly recommend it to others.

    Mother’s Day. 20 mins for cocktail order, 40 mins for appetizers to arrive after food order was taken and 1 1/2 hrs for entrees to arrive after order taken. Waiter stopped by the table twice during this time and not to give updates on our meals. Also contacted me 3 times by email and phone to confirm my reservation which I confirmed. The phone call was received after the emails. It went to voicemail and the message said if I didn’t respond to the call, the would cancel my reservation. This after I had already confirmed it twice by email.

    Very disappointed-marked in reservation that it was a birthday celebration and even called that day to make sure the put a candle in dessert and the did not do anything to acknowledge the birthday.

    We enjoyed our steaks and the sauces they offered on the side. The steaks were flavorful and cooked to our liking. We also had some sides and the calamari. The calamari was excellent. In addition the bread was incredible. I love bread so I greatly appreciate it when a restaurant services delicious warm rolls. It is a great start to the evening. They also provided an olive bruschetta type mixture which was very good. The wait staff was very attentive. A nice find for us to go back to in the future. If you love steak, then you must try this place.

    Reservation 8:00 for 3 arrived at 6:30 wife waited in line to put in our name. She was next in line, but the host started speaking to the next couple standing behind her. The couple said that she was there first. The host turns to say hi to some people. He then goes back to the couple and disregards my wife... meanwhile I watch. I interrupt and said we are here for an 8:00 reservation and going to the bar for drinks. I responded to an opentable text. I replied if a table opens up will take it 7:00 bartender apologizes for swearing and having a difficult time. 7:45 reminded host that we are still waiting 8:00 there is an unmade table at the entrance which has been unmade since we arrived at 6:30. They are making it up. And find out it's my table. Cold draft coming in as its next to the host table. So this is how you are treated when making a reservation. The host already disregarded my whole group, and basically that table was I forgot gesture. I would like a bottle of Malbec but waiter insisting on buying by the glass. Thought we will receive by the glass, but comes back with a bottle. Wife pushes her glass towards the waiter as she is the taster, but he still filled my glass. She was disregarded again. Asked if he knew how many Escargot come in the appetizer. He guessed five... but it was actually 6 as I wanted to have everyone in the party to have an equal share. Escargot comes out and we eat it, but something is missing. We did not receive bread as I look at the adjacent tables. I would like to wipe my mouth but there are no napkins. Stopped a passing waiter for napkin and another waitress for bread. At end, Waiter asked what happened to the rest of my tip? Explained everyone else around you helped as we handed each waiter that helped their tip. Our waiter said he would inform the owner of our night. This review is here to remind him of what happened in case he forgets. Spent $1200 three of us last month.. what happened? I see all new faces.
