Found large hair in food, server was notified and still had to pay for full meal. After our visit we went to a steak house because we were still hungry. Serice was good,

Though we could not see anything, we felt incredibly safe and the servers were there for us whenever we needed them. An excellent experience.

This was an amazing experience and I would absolutely do it again! My service was impeccable! There were 7 courses. Of the 7 there were 2 I was not a fan of. This did not put a damper on the experience. It was a great time and definitely something I will be talking about for a while.

This was a very enjoyable experience! It was a little high-priced, but fun to do once. Our waiter was fun and attentive, which added to the overall experience. We all left full and thoroughly enjoyed all of the courses. The high cost would keep us from going back again, but it was definitely worth going once!

I highly recommend Blackout for the experience. The food was really good too. It is pricey, but for a 7 course meal and the experience, it was worth it. The waiter we had was great. He was so good at placing a dish or drink without you knowing it. He also describe the plate/bowl shape. I will recommend closing your eyes through out the dining because you eyes do get strained trying to see.

This is an AWESOME one-time experience. The food was good, Brianna was great explaining everything and the drinks were strong. Lasted about an hour and it really is what you make it. Be sure to go with outgoing, fun, boisterous people to liven the experience.

It’s rather expensive for what you get, so go for LUNCH and save the $25.

The warehouse exterior is very misleading and you don’t smell food when you walk in, so you’re rather thrown off.

You are in TOTAL darkness so potty before you sit down and don’t bother wearing anything that can’t get dirty. THIS IS NOT A FANCY DATE NIGHT OUT.

Really enjoyed the experience, but would definitely have to catch on Groupon to do it again.

The food and service was amazing! I was worried that when we booked the reservation that it was going to be only about the experience, but the food stood on its own. Our server, Roscoe, was fantastic and fun. It was a delightful evening with good friends.

It took awhile to acclimate to total darkness. And, I mean total darkness. At first I thought we would need to leave, but the staff was very helpful. The experience was great. Food was very good, but not exceptional.

Overall, the service was great. The experience was different and exciting. The only problem I had with them was that I bought the food voucher online and I almost got charged double. After a few drinks and coming out of the dark, I almost forgot to check the receipt, but when I did, I noticed that they had charged for the food again.
I would suggest to the staff to ask people if they paid for voucher online at the beginning to avoid confusions and over charging.
Sincerely,
C.H

We loved this new experience and will do it again. The server was also very likable and easy to talk to. The price was high and given the smaller main course portion, we were hungry shortly after the meal. We expected the beginning courses to be small as well as the dessert but really need more at the main course to do the job. Adding bread and butter might help—and add a new challenge to eating in the dark.

this is a truly unique experience. when they say it's dark, it.is.pitch. you cannot see anything. if you get claustrophobic, it may not be for you. but once we got used to it and decided we had to hold hands to feel connected, it was a lot of fun. Our server Z was fantastic. he joked with us and helped us feel comfortable. i don't know if it is usually very crowded, but the night we went it was. There was one large party who were having a lot of very loud fun. It was interesting. The food was amazing. each course appeared as if by magic, Z was so skilled at placing it in front of us, encouraging us to feel the bowl or dish, describing what it was (soup, pieces of "something" in sauce, etc.) without actually divulging what it was. 9 courses! we left stuffed full. out in the lobby we were able to review the menu and see how close we came to guessing what we had eaten. not sure if we'll go again, but i do recommend it to the adventurous diners.

Great experience. The food is good, the service is great (Anthony was a joy), the darkness is awkward, different, thrilling, and rewarding if you allow it. Overall, we had a great time. My wife was eating with her hands, laughing, and enjoying herself the whole time... so that meant I had a great time as well. Definitely worth the experience. Do something different in Vegas... and enjoy!

Went for my Birthday, The server was nice she asked us if we were there for anything special mentioned it was my Bday and she was like okay let me note that,Not sure why because they didn't do anything. Walking in was the coolest part of the experience. We sat down and waited forever for the first plate and felt like every plate after that took long. But that could be because the food was disgusting, they fed us vegetables and mush.We had asked the server "will we be getting any meat" she could not say because they don't tell u until the end what you are eating. The last plate b4 dessert had chicken but tasted like imitation chicken. Just nasty. My partner had to use the restroom so they had their hands up for the longest b4 are server came. That was crazy because we could hear the other servers in the room but would not say anything. Not sure if only are server was the only one we could speak with it was beyond annoying are server never refilled my drink which was a coke probably the only thing that made me full for the night nor did she check on us. I left out wishing I would have gone somewhere else especially after paying 200 on some nasty food.

It’s a great experience! Loved every minute of it! Staff are caring and fun. Even though I think of it more and an “experience” then a fancy dinner the food is very good! I think everyone should go at-least once we will definitely continue going, I’ve gone 3 times now and have never been disappointed

Our first time here in October was so amazing that we couldn’t WAIT to come back. Unfortunately, THIS time was WAY different. Even though we had reservations for 7:15pm, we weren’t seated until 7:30. The time between courses was VERY extended - so much so that we weren’t finished until close to 9:30! In addition, the wine pairings were OFTEN brought late and were just “Meh.” Right before the last course SOMEONE walked by and TOSSED plastic bags on the table without saying a thing!? When we felt for them, they were wet naps. Weird. The first time we went, the first several courses were finger foods, THIS time they served SOUP as the first course, and SALAD as the fourth course!? It was very strange, not fun, messy, and NOT worth the money AT ALL! We will not be back!

This was such a cool sensory experience! Our server, Collin, was awesome. Interestingly enough, we have a blind child, and while he doesn’t have a context for “pitch black,” this is the closest we will ever get to understanding what it will be like for him to dine—from drink placement to manipulating food with utensils. I think it would have been wonderful regardless, but it was certainly very informative and special for us given this context. Thank you Collin!

This was our first time dining in the dark. Our server, Kory was funny and created a relaxing environment. The food was delicious and they had a gluten free menu that wasn’t just salad. This experience was unlike any other and we loved it! We’d love to see one open up in the Seattle area.
